I always knew that the Samoan chopsuey taste different from the one I make. I’m so looking forward to making this but I have to wait until all the seasonings come in from Amazon. We only have couple of stores here in Juneau Alaska and they don’t carry any of that.there is only me in my house, I think what you cooked on this video it would take me a year to eat it all. I always knew that the Samoan chopsuey taste different from the one I make. Now I know why...you don't soak the noodles and you use different types of salt....I just found your page today and been watching them and love your cooking ....you make it look so easy....thanks so kindly for sharing your beautiful cooking ...I have never use pork...only corned beef ...steak n chicken....I'm gonna use pork belly for our Sunday lunch chopsuey n follow your way....thank you so much.

I’m so looking forward to making this but I have to wait until all the seasonings come in from Amazon. We only have couple of stores here in Juneau Alaska and they don’t carry any of that.there is only me in my house, I think what you cooked on this video it would take me a year to eat it all.
