Sehr cooles Video. Eine Richtig schöne Szene. Toll 👍🏻🤘🏻guter Trick mit der Folie. Mache ich bei meinen Dioramas im Video auch. Schöne Grüße aus der Bastel Bude 1/35
great work Scott!! very beautifully crafted diorama, every small detail brings the big picture into the final reveal! change the format to suit you, i still found this very enjoyable to watch. but I will certainly miss your commentary! Cheer's
The new format works; still educational, enjoyable and entertaining. Will miss the narrative, but you fill in with words in the video so that is equally great - and totally understand the amount of additional labor involved with also editing a voice track. And the diorama/vignette is amazing!
I prefer narration, reinforces what is being done on screen. However, you need to do what's good for you, so.........The scene turned out great, looks very natural and lots of different colors and shades. Excellent work!
Hi Scott, I enjoyed the new format, the music was good also it was at the right level ,often creators have it too loud, this might be a difficult, but any of getting a paint list or similar in description? More so for the Vallejo because of the way they do their labels I find that part is often missing when on camera. Just a thought. Anyway cheers and looking forward to your next project.
Thanks! 🙏🏻 Yeah I probably should have a list of the paints as well but that also adds to the time factor and I’m trying my best to cut down in some areas so I can produce more content. I always check the levels of the music as I hate being blasted also when I watch someone else’s videos. Cheers!🙂
Amazing work mate and very intriguing to see your procedure. Normally I rely on the natural colors of the material I am using on my based, but painting everything makes also a lot of sense. While not being necessarily as realistic as the natural color of the earth texture material, the paint helps to tie it all together. Also, how did you manage to steal earth from, presumably, my garden?! Thanks for the trademark :)
Love the diorama! I can't see myself ever adding that many individual leaves to a scale tree! I see you love the Mr. Surfacer 500, have you ever used the black 1500 as a primer? I love the way it lays down when thinned with the Mr. Surfacer leveling thinner I've never found a better primer.
Fantastic! Your level of detail and dedication is impressive. How long did it take to complete this diorama? Using real stones, dirt and branches is so much better, in my opinion. I also liked the “More cowbell” reference at the end (I’m a big BOC fan….).
Thanks Natale! All in all it took about a year to complete. There are a total of 5 videos documenting all aspects of the diorama. "more Cowbell" is a true classic! 🍻
@@SmallSoldier wow! I’m going to look for the videos. My longest diorama to complete took me 3 months…. I’m an amateur in comparison 😂. And we always need more cowbells!

I understand. But I did enjoy your commentary, and I learned from it. I will always watch your posts...
Thanks. Well it’s not totally dead in the water. For now it’s the way it has to be.🍻🙌🏻
I enjoyed the video immensely, no issue with new format. Loved the snow sprinkle moss idea and the sneaky “Uncle” reference! Great stuff as always.
Thanks m8, haven’t heard from you in a while. Glad to see you back! Hey… your the first one to notice the NS reference.😂
excellent. Gave me some ideas. Like the way you colour the grass.
Awesome! Thank you! Glad you found the video helpful. I hope you're project works out. 🙂🙌

I really like the new format, and how you gave out tips and techniques.
Thanks, glad you like it. 🙌
New format actually works well! I've always particularly enjoyed learning how you layer by combining techniques and products to achieve such realism.
Thanks. Yes it’s all about the layers.
Yep, gotta agree.
The base is more intriguing than the vehicle. But, I love all of your work...
Thank you, Cheers.🙌
That's pretty cool
Thanks
i enjoyed this landscape construction very much and the diorama is really nice ... thank you 👍i prefer if the tree leaves are tinier 😆just my opinion
Thanks. Trees are hard to get totally perfect. I'm always on the hunt for the perfect leafy materials. 🍻
Lovely work as normal Scott. The new format works well will look forward to more of the same
Thanks as always Greg! I'm glad you and others understand and appreciate my time invested. Cheers! 🙌🍻
New format great

Thanks Eric!
Cool tutorial and diorama.
Thanks m8!🙂
Wow, amazing attention to details on the base, I love the roots, have to make a try one day! Superb diorama, new sub and big like!

Simply love it !!!

Nice work Scott. New format is fine and it’s nice to see how others handle the groundwork. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Mark! I'll do my best.

Small Great diorama 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thanks.🙌🏻🍻
Hi Scott just found your channel, so glad I did fantastic work mate. Kev 🇬🇧
Thank you Kev... welcome aboard! 🍻
Seriously one leaf at a time? I would lose my mind and have before. Awesome job.
😂 only in a few spots. I was close to losing it many times! I should show the frustration parts in my videos more often.😉
Any content you can manage is always welcome!! I know it takes a ton of work...
Thanks for your understanding. Cheers
Great job on ALL of it. I’m hooked!!
Awesome! Thank you Timothy.
Wow..amazing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Much appreciated, cheers!😀
Terrific, this format is good
Thanks for your thought James. 🍻
Hi Scott, your diorama looks fantastic, truly a work of art buddy. Cheers Gary 🇬🇧.
🙌Thanks so much m8!

Love the new format! It works well! Keep them coming!
Thnak you Justin! Cheers.🙌
Good to see you posting again Scott, and great end result too 👏👏👍
Thank you Paul. Cheers!
Great piece of work Scott, really nice looking diorama mate ❤😊
Many thanks! 🙂
Amazing work! Congrats! 👍
Thank you!🙂🍻
Great job. Actually the scene did look soo good and realistic just by leaving it without paint at all. It looked like an Ardennes diorama!
Thanks Eric! 🍻
Great built 😉
Thank you!🍻
I prefer narration, reinforces what is being done on screen. However, you need to do what's good for you, so.........The scene turned out great, looks very natural and lots of different colors and shades. Excellent work!
Thanks Jerry, glad you understand. It's better for me and you as far as getting more content out sooner. Cheers!🙌
Great job!
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks!🙏🏻🍻
Nice work modelcomrade 😊
Thanks. 🫡
Which monitor is that?
Could you please do a quick setup tour?
I don't do those type of videos for the most part as I see minimal views and watch time. The monitor is MSI 27" IPS gaming monitor.
great work but whats clay shay ?
It’s a powdered form of clay like material made by Aves. I like it because it doesn’t shrink or lift once dry. It’s also very lightweight.

Wow super ! 😀👍
🙌Thanks!🙌
It looks wonderful. Especially trees are amazing. Only step missing is the leaves coverage, it was too fast :) Excellent diorama!!
Thanks! 🙂🍻
new format works well.
Thanks!🍻
where are the foliage\leaves from?
Actually i'm not totally sure. A freind gave me some about 20 years ago. I think he found them at a flower shop. He told me it was called Lemon Grass.
Hello, very nice work! What product you used to make foliage?
Thanks. Lemon grass is the product.

Thanks Michael! Glad you enjoyed it. I have many connections in your neck of the woods!😂😂
wonderful work you have done! could you in the future make a diorama of gallipoli during WW1? But the work you have done already is fantastic!
Thank you. I have something WW1 up next but waiting for some parts.🙂
Thanks you! Yes I have some of the black but haven't found a need for it yet. Like I said I find straight black a little too harsh for what I do.
👍

I don't like the title 😤
What’s wrong with the title?
