Hello. Looked at some of your reviews. Sometimes you mention the Smule app. Tell me, do you use this application? The fact is that while singing, users do not hear their voice in the headphones (or they hear, but with a strong delay), so they sing in one headphone. Do you know how you can solve this problem with the equipment you have available?
When yo open the Smule app before you sing, you should see a volume icon (it is your vocal volume) and you should tap to open it to check if it is set to zero. If it is, then for sure you will not hear yourself while singing.
Any Maonocaster audio interface, Synido Live 100, K1, A2 for home karaoke. Actually V8 is ok too but they're not the same as I have tested another V8 before and the sounds isn't good.

Is there a way to then send what you're hearing in the headphones so Smule and vocals to a V8? So I can live stream a duet from Smule and live stream it through TikTok live?x
There should be a way but you will need another application or another device for streaming. Unfortunately I can’t do test on TikTok streaming as I am not qualified yet to do it as I only have 20+ followers. It’ll take a while before I qualifies😅😇 I would appreciate if follow me @jenuds1 thanks
@@jenuds I thought if you used garage band in the background while singing an oc it will work when singing, but when you hear it back once your done singing it only uses the Smule vocal effects?
@@landonmillett4717 Technically speaking in this set up, you can just use the effects from audio mixer to mixed the effects from within Smule. Adding another device will make this set up a bit complicated. However without using an audio mixer, instead using a focusrite with your sm7b mic, garage band would be ideal.

I’m not sure about it yet why sounds is bad. Then try using the cable came with the v9 usb A to micro usb to connect to your laptop.

Mas gumanda at lumakas po ba ang auput ng mic sa soundcard pag ganyan naka connect sa mixer?
In my opinion, opo lumakas po. For karaoke purposes, kapag nakasaksak ang background music sa mixer, mas malakas rin po.

Why you didnt connect the Microphone directly to the V8 ?
You can connect mic directly to v8 if you don’t want to add an audio mixer.

So the affects actually work once you start recording? It’s overrides smules affects?
So far as per my test it did not overrides the smule effects or vice versa. In fact you can even combined or mixed the effects from all of them.

You should try garage band using an iPhone as additional device in your set up where you will get the vocal effects.
