I’d like to see both. But really like to see the comparisons. Because I have the iPhone 8+ but I’m really thinking about getting the Note 9. I’m unsure though. Because I’m so use to iPhones and I love the iPhones!

It's a very good phone and it performs to my expectations, most of the time lol. Definitely not perfect but let's see how much better the 10 year anniversary Galaxy will be..
note 8, is not that good, sure its powerful, but because the note 7 exploded the note 8 battery life is not that good,because not wanting to risk antoher note failure that could have costed the note line up to disapear being a phone that is expected to be really good.
Jerry Pundavela Its a good phone, both the Note 9 and the S9+ has very little noticable differences in specs, the Note yes the S-Pen features is added, a tad bit faster ram, larger storage, larger battery, and slightly bigger screen, but camera is the same, speed is the same, video quality and resolution is the same, yeah it's a decent phone. No complaints. I wanted the Note 9 but because it was too pricey for me, why pay more for something that isn't much of a difference from the S9+? So I got the S9+, no regrets, amazing phone.
I upgraded from a s7 to the s9 and I was stunned by the new screen and processor speed. Honestly I use my phone way more than I should and I always end the day with more than 15%. I mostly use my phone for playing games like pubg mobile and other games like that with graphics maxed out and it doesn't lag at all.

I enjoyed this video! This helped me decide which phone to get which I will be upgrading from the S7 edge. I will be getting the S9+, it will be an huge upgrade from the S7 edge.
Update to my Comment. I upgraded to the Galaxy S9+ in Coral Blue the week before Christmas from the S7 edge. It was a huge upgrade and I've had the S9+ for only a month and I LOVE THIS PHONE!!!. My S7 edge on Oreo Started overheating and becoming very slow and unusable.
Have a Samsung S4 and thought about upgrading, but not going to. The S4 does exactly what I need it to do, and it's still very reliable. Other concern with newer phones...we can't swap the batteries ourselves.

Your software is going to exceed your hardware very soon, if not already. New phones don't need their batteries removed because they are far superior than the one Samsung slapped in your phone. I'm only looking to upgrade soon because I display issues, flickering at lowest brightness which will gradually get worst. Not everyone can afford these phones. They do not need more ppi than they already have, and all of them look exactly the same in terms of reaolution. In color saturation I know for shure that the note 9 is way better!
Nice comparison, one of the best I saw. I am thinking buying the S9+ or the Note 9, mainly to have a good display for controlling my drone. There is always the problem of visibility in direct sunlight. Also screen fingerprints will cripple the visibility. Will the S-pen there have an advantage over the S9+?
Long story short: If you are a fan of the S-Pen, then get the Note. It's literally the only Samsung phone worth buying. It takes everything the other models have, and adds to it. If you don't need or want the pen, then consider a different brand. Midrange Android phones offer 80-90% of the features a Samsung phone has, for half the price in many cases. High-end phones aren't getting cheaper, but cheaper phones are getting better. This coming from a loyal Note owner since the first model.

I needed this video. My screen on S8 is cracked on the edge, right down into the screen itself, making it pretty much unusable unless you like your screen fitting out and spamming out with random lights. Ive had it for 2 years now and its lasted about 1 year and a half with the cracks on the edge. Currently looking at getting the Note 9.

I am a Note fan and I currently Own a Note 3 & Note 4 but Note 9 is just too big for me...going from 5.7" to 6.4" is a huge difference if you also take into consideration how smaller the bezels got...
The s8+ and s9+ arent comparable unless you're talking about screen size, the s9+ is a much better phone with better updates to the processor and camera.

I went for the S9 because of the price. I've got it for 477€ + 256GB mSD card just one month after Release. The price of the S9+ was 700€ at that moment. The normal S9 is not really worse. The main camera, the chipset and the storage are exactly the same.
You can take your phone under water it will work fine, but it is not good to have it under water on purpose. It has metal in it that will corrode over time.
I came from s7e to the note 9. S pen excluded the experience isnt that much different but the battery sure is a game changer, but im still in my 13th day with the note and still exploring
Got the 128gb s9 plus. A magnificent phone and I can highly recommend it. If you do not need the s pen or the bigger battery it's a better bet than the note 9. More comfortable to hold with all the same internals.
I am more concerned with battery drain. Which one is better after the one ui update ? Is there any advantages ? I am not able to decide whether to get s9 plus or note 9 because the plus looks better in design and in hands.

I used the Note without the Pen because of all of its features!! The S Pen is just the cherry on top that I rarely use because cherry's are not my favorite!!! Lol the Note even without the Pen is a great product.
Yes they are all similar. The S9 only has one camera where the S9+ and Note 9 have 2. The Note 9 has some extra software features but that is about it.

Question my phone has died, is it worth me getting the note 9 if I already have the latest Samsung tablet s4 that has the phone feature and the s pen came with that, so do I really need the note 9? I think I will stick to the s9+ I already have one device that has the s pen I don't need 2 as I don't really use the s pen on the tablet much. So I think I will be happy with the s9+. Samsung, the Motion Panorama and Pro mode in video recording are gone after the android pie update. Pls bring it back. We love these camera features very much.

2018 is like 5,8" screen is really small and compact.
It's because of form factor. Previously phones that size would have 5" screen but because of the loss of bezels, more screen area.

Yep! You can have multiple devices connected at once.

Android pie has fixed selective focus which is similar to live focus now. It's pretty cool so you won't feel left out!!

I just buy bigger pants... What phone do you use now? Many times getting a slim case keeps it much smaller.

The S9+ is definitely a good middle ground but going with the Note 9 gets you the biggest and best.
I went for the S9 because of the price. I've got it for 477€ + 256GB mSD card just one month after Release. The price of the S9+ was 700€ at that moment. The normal S9 is not really worse. The main camera, the chipset and the storage are exactly the same.
you are right. Its not really worse. The 9+ is just a bit better. I like the dual camera setup and bigger battery. 9+ for me

You can take your phone under water it will work fine, but it is not good to have it under water on purpose. It has metal in it that will corrode over time.

I came from s7e to the note 9. S pen excluded the experience isnt that much different but the battery sure is a game changer, but im still in my 13th day with the note and still exploring

Got the 128gb s9 plus. A magnificent phone and I can highly recommend it. If you do not need the s pen or the bigger battery it's a better bet than the note 9. More comfortable to hold with all the same internals.
I am more concerned with battery drain. Which one is better after the one ui update ? Is there any advantages ?
I am not able to decide whether to get s9 plus or note 9 because the plus looks better in design and in hands.
Of you don't need the S Pen then go with S9+.

One correction all are able to do up to 2 terabyte cards but they go with what the largest capacity is available at the time.

I used the Note without the Pen because of all of its features!! The S Pen is just the cherry on top that I rarely use because cherry's are not my favorite!!! Lol the Note even without the Pen is a great product.

Yes they are all similar. The S9 only has one camera where the S9+ and Note 9 have 2. The Note 9 has some extra software features but that is about it.

I find it a pitty that they have abandoned the Dual Camera mode shooting mode. I hope it comes back in a future update. Has anybody also noticed it? Samsung please add it again.
Question my phone has died, is it worth me getting the note 9 if I already have the latest Samsung tablet s4 that has the phone feature and the s pen came with that, so do I really need the note 9? I think I will stick to the s9+ I already have one device that has the s pen I don't need 2 as I don't really use the s pen on the tablet much. So I think I will be happy with the s9+. I think the S9+ is great since you didn't use the S Pen too much on the tablet.

The S10 drops on the 22/02/2019. I expect an approx drop of 3 to $400 dollars on the S9+ & Note 9. Hopefully if they follow past trends.
Samsung, the Motion Panorama and Pro mode in video recording are gone after the android pie update. Pls bring it back. We love these camera features very much.

Add it in the camera settings
their is no option to add camera modes in Note 9 camera app, it used to be in earlier camera apps
