    Great job. One of the best build jobs on the tube. Architects, tradesman, craftsmen, designers, and millwork all executed proper. One of my favorite house styles (Tudor). Well done

    Wow unbelievable job! I’ve strived my whole career to do work like this and here on Cape Cod I only know of a few builders who do work even close to this quality and have looked up to them my whole career. Being a talented craftsman is only a small part of doing work to your quality I’ve come to learn very very careful and detailed planning is the only way to achieve the quality of work your producing and finding the right subcontractors to get there. Perhaps the most impressive thing to me you guys do is the level of planning and forethought in everything do to achieve the details most will never see or appreciate but for someone who does it everyday it’s beyond impressive to me the level of forethought and planning to achieve small details that add up to some of the highest quality work I’ve ever seen. Hats off to you and your team your one of very few doing work to this quality I’m sure your beyond proud and so great to see there still a few who highly value craftsmanship in a trade that’s losing it overall. You should be so proud

    Beautiful house. I love that the kitchen is closed and not open to the living/family room. There’s this new trend where people are adding in 2nd kitchen/butler pantry instead of just closing the kitchen. Too much over consumption honestly. More home builders should follow suit. Also love the little water faucet 🚰 by the stove. It’s cute. Oh also love the bookcase nook between the offices.

    • @kc9scott
      @kc9scott 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I’ve seen plunger switches that mount into the door frame, and with those, you don’t see anything while the door is closed - the edge of the door presses the plunger and covers it up. This was on a late ‘60s or early ‘70s vintage alarm system, and as I recall, the tip of the plunger was a metal roller ball. Don’t know if something like that is still available.

The sink to the side of the stove, makes me wonder how practical it is; it will be a task to clean it. The laundry under the stairs, without the benefit of a counter for folding, I think is not practical.

    This Pump can solve the cooling/heating/hot water needs with 1:4-1:5 efficency from electric.
    Wy dont US build like this? Must be expencive to install bouth gas and air-heatpumps instead? Or is the prices on gas mutch cheeper then electric per kwh in us?
