The motor said "you forgot the block heater, it goes here" because it came from Canada!
1700 newton meters =1254 ft. lb. of torque and 280 KW = 375.5 HP is where they end up at 10:10. Started at 110 hp at 1:45

I came across road trains in the eighties that had 1300f/p and 300hp pulling 100 ton in three trailers!! They did however an 18speed in the things with two speed diffs! Doing 80kmh.
its an auto the dyno recorded wrong its nearly impossible atleast only "they" did it

Its just suspension travel, it's an off road vehicle.
@@jaydunbar7538 The right rear wheel almost being off the roller is the sketchy bit, not the not the movement of the body/chassis...
It's not just suspension travel I would ask to have my patrol strapped down a bit better.
End of the day climbing the roller inflates figures when we dyno off roaders there is no need for them to move like that.
There isn't even any straps holding it down
So good to see this thing kick arse. The couple of times we did get to see it go it was a little underwhelming and I was a little disappointed for you Alan. To see it move around on the dyno like it did was great. Such a torque monster. I'm much more a fast car, performance type guy than I am a 4x4 guy but this is my favourite project of yours. Such friggin robust engineering.!!!!!!!!! I hope you take us with you in the bush where this thing will f$#&g DOMINATE.!!! Well done to the max. !!! 💪💪💪👊👊👊👊

My uncle has one of these cummins engnes in his 80 series in WA. Goes hard, dual electric lockers and 35's.. Goes everywhere.
There are a couple fixes for that plug issue. You can get a plug that basically clamps into the block or you can get one that runs an AN line to recycle some of the flow to a lower flow area in the block. Both great products.

7:36 Good old W&B Torque wrench, not often you see aussie made tools as we slowly kill our manufacturing in favour of digging holes and selling houses to each other. Nothing wrong with a bit of cawk every now and then either....
My warren and brown deflecting beam torque wrench is my favourite tool I own and favourite tool I will ever use until I get a bigger w&b deflecting beam
Got mine from my Grandfather when he passed 42 years ago, still going strong, that satisfying click as the indicator pin pops, job well done

It wanted you to install a block heater, obviously. Even if you never think you'll need it.
about time yous lived up to the name finally a ok skid
Here’s some options on fixing the coolant from blowing the freeze plugs at higher rpm.
You can get a fleece coolant bypass for the 24 valve Cummins and or get billet aluminum freeze plugs or take the water pump out and clip the fins on the water pump to lower the pressure at higher RPM
This thing is amazing! I can't wait for it to hit its first track! Please try to promote the RPM act if you have a big USA fan base. We understand that road emissions are important. But, they are trying to stop our race cars. Thanks! Even if you aren't willing to. I loved this colab and build.
The RPM act can maybe effect the whole world. All car people in the US must join up to repeal it. Im an Irishman in Aus and can see what trouble lies ahead. Good luck and stick together.Thank you for your post.

You just know that this series alone has tripled 6bt sales in Australia and added 10 grand onto the mean price of gross old ZD30s.
I lost a drop link bush (1 of 4 per side) inside a control arm... after 3 minutes trying to retrieve, it got left there. Bought a couple more (that were different) so had to take the other side off again and make each side match.

Look black smoke racing yuo see some coal rolling.
Can't do much about that with a P-pump. It cleans up nicely when boost builds though.
Banks would shit the bricks over the black smoke lol
Banks would know that a P pump is not a common rail system and "cleaning it up" under abrupt full throttle isn't a thing unless it is a slug.
Banks would demand twincharging of all the things. Instant boost, instant airflow to match the instant fueling from a p pump 👌🤷♂️

This rigg imo is every bit as good if not better than most of the riggs featured on their channel maybe not the dirty 30 because that's literally a dream build but certainly everything else.

No no no, you're supposed to rotate it 180 degrees when you take it from Canada to Australia.
