Many of these hills have bounties. People pay to compete to climb it and the bounty keeps going up until someone does. Same thing with mud holes. Saw a mud hole not to long ago with a $25,000 bounty someone won.
You win enough bounties you can build 2 or 3 of these things.
Ryan yep, one guy used his bounty money to get Dodge to build him a monster of a custom hill climber, the Dodge T-rex. That thing was a massive beast meant for the large mountain side hill climbs.

Got those steps in the hillside set up for their wheelbase so basically you are going to have to bounce it pretty hard to get over!!
This hill is "unclimbable" because there are 2 steps that have between them about the same distance as the wheelbase of these machines.
And a strong ass root sticking out
