just switched from Arlo Ultra to Eufy 3 system - what an amazing upgrade!! no more false alarms, no more subscription, and overall much better app and features!! Highly recommended! 👍👍👍
After a year of owning eufy cam c2 pro i started having issues with one of the cameras not charging, the other one will stay in night vision mode all the time so I contacted customer service hoping they will help me to resolve the issue just to find out they were very unwilling to help or to even offer option to repair. I am very dissatisfied with the outcome and the eufy agent couldn’t wait to end the call.
I have 2 Arlo Ultra 2 cams and 2 pro 3’s. After 2 years of hassle with all the cameras, failed recording like recording someone leaving the house but not seeing them arrive. I’m looking to change. This Eufy system looks good, but after wasting £600 on Arlo I’m somewhat cautious.
The feed delay is real. I’ve had my s330s cameras for over 4 months and mine have a 1.5 - 2 second delay when viewing live feed. I wish Eufy would do something about that. Cutting the delay down to 1 second would be great.
Las devolví..! Graban a 15 FPS, los videos se ven casi cuadro por cuadro, No graban eficazmente, a veces si a veces no, se pierden eventos importantes, la pila no llego ni a dos semanas y en HomeKit es muy deficiente su uso, incluso a veces están desconectadas, lastima se veían tan bien…😢

Great video scott, I'm considering eufy setup for my home , but i have some questions, does the camera use internet bandwidth when recording an event? , Or does it only communicate with the home base , also what would happen if the internet goes out? I know i won't get notified but will the event be recorded on the home base? I don't have reliable internet but i want to make sure that the home base keeps recording
The mounts that comes with these cameras are very crappy. The base of the mount that gets secured to the wall and holds the other half of the mount is plastic. And, because of the weight of the camera, I could never get the mount to lock down securely without fear of the plastic ring snapping. Why did they get rid of those nice magnetic ball mounts? Also, positioning the cameras now would require three hands, one to hold the camera in place, another to tighten the ring, and another to hold the cell phone. And when I am up on a ladder, it is almost impossible if not dangerous
The motion sensor in 3c is very bad, Can not recommend This 3c cam. The older 2c motion sensor is spot on every time. The 330 model is just as bad, the motion sensor in both the 4k models is a giant failure. I had to go back to 2c and 2 pro to get proper protection. It is very disappointing. I hope next gen eufy has proper motion sensors that work no matter how the cam is set.

So currently only my doorbell and 2c’s are working. Stil waiting on support for solo s40, floodlight and floodlight pro :-(

Not experienced such a delay on my set up. Could be your internet or router set up.

Is it worth upgrading from Homebase 2 with 2C pro cameras, to the new Homebase 3 with 3C cameras?

can these camera system do rtsp or onvif?
You can stream via RTSP from the camera yes 👍🏻
