    YOU'RE TERRIFIC, been working out😊 with you for years, always workout from home,, I'm going on 65, been working out since I was in my teens, so many instructors. You are one of THE BEST!!!!     OMG! Awesome workout! It was a great workout to push further and outside my comfort zone. You’re the Best! 30min totally worth it!

    Jessica!! My wife did your workouts to lose her baby weight and it worked like charm. My son who is now 12 would watch little Peanut and her antics would keep him occupied so it was perfect! He was so sad when we told him Peanut had passed. He still talks about her. Thank you thank you for these workouts!!

    Wow, what an AMAZINGLY PERFECT workout, Jessica!!!!! I LOVE the little window showing the non Step option for this workout (I cannot use a Step currently because of a left knee issue so I REALLY appreciated this visual). Love, love,love the cardio finisher, too!!
    You are pure JOY to workout with, you always have been!

    Hi Jessica! I finally did this one last night. I didn't use a step because the one I have is so big and bulky and I figured I would try this on the floor before trying it with that step. I tried to concentrate on the moves so that I was really making that standing leg work for me. I think this is maybe one of the first times I have done so many modifications and felt ok with it. I know you have said over and over to just listen to your body but my mind has been stubborn and I always felt like I was failing if I had to modify. After hearing it so many times, I think it finally sunk in. I didn't feel bad I had to modify. I did what I could, stopped early on the first two aerobic pushes and did those from a chair but I did what I could and the best part was I didn't leave feeling frustrated in myself for having to modify. That is a win!!!!

    Yay! I made it through :) Jessica, you have been a fitness and motivational rock for me over the last ten+ years. I was diagnosed with Lyme's disease and although I had previously been very athletic, I fell into desperate times of pain and inability to do the simplest of tasks. Thank you for all the workouts and encouraging words.

    I never switched to lighter weights for the final circuit! I thought my arms weren't strong enough, but they are!

    I did it! Am truly sparkling, so must have done ok.😂 As with so many others, I have been following you and doing workouts with you for years. This is the first one that was harder to see you.... beautiful setting but maybe the shade made it hard. I follow on my phone so know the screen is small but this lighting seemed darker.
    I DO actually ENJOY exercising when you lead! Thank you.
