Hello, Is it normal that there is no much work to do when the project is almost finish ? I have been working as DC (trainee) for 2 months and these are my only responsibilities. Receiving docs , compiling document , encoding, making submittals , searching for a document (soft copy & hard copy). Can you please help me .. I feel like im missing something ...
Earlier today I finished my final interview thru phone. Just waiting nalang sa result. Encode using excel, sort, submit and receive docs aside from that ano pa po mga duties as a document controller?

U have to learn how to arrange all documents. More on Excell file and be friends to all engrs. They will help u if it just a fresher start. 🥰. Just be urself.
Hi thank you so much, there are short courses offer for a document controller that you can take. There are different programs now, it depends on the project you assigned. Aconex, PM Web or any other data encoding you can try.
