    पिछले 2 साल में मैंने सिर्फ 4-5 बार ही चाय पी है, चाय छोड़ने से मेरी health में बहुत बदलाब आया,पहले जब मैं सुबह सोकर उठता था तो चेहरे पर तथा नाक के आसपास दाने निकले हुए मिलते थे तथा मूंह में छाले भी बनते थे, गैस की समस्या होने लगी लेकिन जब से चाय छोड़ी है तब से एक बार भी ऐसी समस्या नहीं हुई है,आज से sugar भी छोड़ने की कोशिश करूंगा

    80 yrs age, Quit sugar &tea, all bakery items, 20 days back I felt no problem instead got fully relaxed, I never felt need to take these, once I quit. All of us can just try, n see the miracles, thanks Rishi ji ❤❤❤❤❤ u r doing a job admirable for social health .

    Last Saturday I got my self tested for diabetes but luckily haven't diagnosed with diabetes. But it's already nearing the upper limit of the normal levels of sugar levels. So I'm trying to control my sugar levels. For that I'm taking this challenge from now. Even I want the same energy and confidence with what u speak.

    Very very informative video sir.
    Almost 7 months ago, it was just like other days, I took oath to give-up tea, coffee for ever...
    Because if something is not doing any positive value addition in my body, then why should I put extra burdon on my digestive system.
    In initial days it was very difficult to give-up tea-coffee addiction... but for the sake of my health, I was able to abide with my commitment.
    Now I don't take tea or coffee, just like I never take alcohal, tobacco, cigarette or non-veg food.
    After 7 months, I am realizing, I took right decision in favor of my health and ultimately for my family.
    After seeing your video, i am committing to say "NO" to sugar for 1 year to feel the difference. And will cover-up the energy loss from jaggery, fruits and other nathural sweetners...
    स्वास्थ्यवर्धक भोजन खाने से पहले हमें उसके फायदों के बारे मे केवल 1 बार सोचना है, जबकि नुकसानदायक भोजन खाने से पहले उससे होने वाले दूरगामी दुष्प्रभावों के बारे में 50 बार सोचना है।

    I did this during my college days .. no sugar resolution.... no grain of sugar nor jaggery .. for six months .. and i had an amazing fatless body .. but the tongue is the biggest ditcher of all times. .. So i began eating sugar and now at the age of 40 i am 25 kgs overweight 😢😢
    But i shall do this again. No sugar life is always a better life ❤❤ thanks for reminding me of my young age resolutions 😊😊

    Thanks Anurag ji for this video. Though we are aware of the facts, it is the Will power that needs to be exerted. You motivate your viewers and I take up this challenge, not for 21 days but for an extended period and the time is Now. As far as other substitutes like jaggery, mishri, honey etc. are concerned, more or less all cause insulin spike. Hence, I quit all forms of sweeteners from this moment.

      Yes, life is very uncomfortable with acidity & indigestion. I too was chronic patient of hyper acidity, Hiatus harnia, Fatty liver & ulcers in intestine. Took all types of treatment but all are temporary relief. Suffered lot for 10 year's.
