Very very informative video sir. Almost 7 months ago, it was just like other days, I took oath to give-up tea, coffee for ever... Because if something is not doing any positive value addition in my body, then why should I put extra burdon on my digestive system. In initial days it was very difficult to give-up tea-coffee addiction... but for the sake of my health, I was able to abide with my commitment. Now I don't take tea or coffee, just like I never take alcohal, tobacco, cigarette or non-veg food. After 7 months, I am realizing, I took right decision in favor of my health and ultimately for my family. After seeing your video, i am committing to say "NO" to sugar for 1 year to feel the difference. I did this during my college days .. no sugar resolution.... no grain of sugar nor jaggery .. for six months .. and i had an amazing fatless body .. but the tongue is the biggest ditcher of all times. .. So i began eating sugar and now at the age of 40 i am 25 kgs overweight 😢😢 But i shall do this again. No sugar life is always a better life ❤❤ thanks for reminding me of my young age resolutions 😊😊

As far as other substitutes like jaggery, mishri, honey etc. are concerned, more or less all cause insulin spike. Hence, I quit all forms of sweeteners from this moment. Yes, life is very uncomfortable with acidity & indigestion. I too was chronic patient of hyper acidity, Hiatus harnia, Fatty liver & ulcers in intestine.
