Pool house by line architects

Сад - дом - бассейн !
Так можно охарактеризовать планировочную структуру дома.
Последовательное расположение этих зон формирует архитектуру дома.
Эти зоны разделены стеклянными конструкциями , что создает ощущение объема и проницаемости света во все точки дома. А так же позволяет видеть сад и бассейн из всех точек дома.
Дом расположен на небольшом участке и с трех сторон ограничен соседними домами.
Со стороны улицы это дом с одним фасадом, который представляет собой металлическую структуру с простой, ритмичной геометрией.
За проницаемой структурой главного фасада скрывается павильон из стекла, камня и дерева.
Сдержанная роскошь и минимализм - основная доминанта проекта.
Простая геометрия пространства и игра света создает ощущение умиротворения. Это пространство в котором время замирает .
Единый моно материал размывает границы между внутренним и внешним пространством.
Практически все стены и пол облицованы камнем, что создает ощущение монолитной и монохромной гаммы, в дополнении с мебелью и текстилем известнякового оттенка.
Потолок обшит древесиной ясеня которая контрастирует с каменными поверхностями.
Вдоль бассейна проходит световой фонарь, через который бассейн заливается естественным светом, а так же служит естественным вентиляционным окном.
Garden - house - swimming pool!
So you can characterize the planning structure of the house.
The sequential arrangement of these zones forms the architecture of the house.
These zones are separated by glass structures, which creates a sense of volume and light penetration to all points of the house. And also allows you to see the garden and pool from all points of the house.
The house is located on a small plot and is bounded by neighboring houses on three sides.
From the street side, it is a house with a single façade, which is a metal structure with a simple, rhythmic geometry.
Hidden behind the permeable structure of the main façade is a glass, stone and wood pavilion.
Restrained luxury and minimalism are the main dominant of the project.
The simple geometry of space and the play of light creates a feeling of peace. This is the space where time stops.
A single mono material blurs the lines between inside and outside.
Almost all walls and floors are faced with stone, which creates a feeling of a monolithic and monochrome range, in addition to furniture and textiles in a limestone shade.
The ceiling is sheathed in ash wood which contrasts with the stone surfaces.
A light lantern passes along the pool, through which the pool is flooded with natural light, and also serves as a natural ventilation window.

It all depends on the region. But I think approximately the implementation of such a project in Europe will cost from 1.5-2.5 million euros!
