I've had my Mash Falcone 125 for 7 months now and OH MY GOD this part of the review really stuck out to me (7:48) I've always kept telling myself: "Man, I feel like I'm only on 4th gear but I'm on the fifth already.. This bike needs a 6th gear." I am so glad I am not the only one that thinks of that. Thank you for this review!
Bought the Mash Dirt Track 50 a few months ago as a bike to mess about with and on. I have changed out the front sprocket for a 14 tooth and found the green wire to derestrict it. It's a nice old school bike but with modern parts where you want them. I have now taken delivery of the Mash Falcone 125 as a commuter for this winter. Nothing to add on what has been said in this review. It looks amazing and the brakes were tested on the first ride when a car pulled out of a junction on me. They worked great. It goes well and feels comfortable. Yes there are cheaper Chinese built 125cc bikes but they don't have the style of this one.

Yes, my OCD would make me change the dash board to the centre as well. And the rear shock is not centred but everything else can be easily "fixed". That bike looks beautiful, any young will have lots of fun with it.
The Suzuki VanVan had an over geared problem with that same short block style of engine. The solution was to drop a tooth on the front sprocket and it then would pull like a train right up to the Rev limiter. I wondered if those short handlebars would make it feel twitchy but you allayed my fears with your comments on that one. Is it me or do those Timsun tyres look like a direct rip off of a Continental? Just bought one, drives well and yes those footpegs. It's a change from 45 years of Yamaha, 30 of those on 1000cc fours which I still have. Seven FZR Exup and one FZ1 Fazer.

Just seen this one in my local Peugeot dealers window in town, at a similar price as you mentioned,i have a couple of questions is it Chinese as I suspect, and if so are there any 125 cc bikes that are what we used to know as all British or am I dreaming and just go and buy this one or something similar,I just thought it would be good to buy one that's all British, cheers again, the great video just found this.

The Mash Falcone has had some issues, however AJS do the same bike called the Isaba. The Bullit hero is great but a very different ride. 50-55mph, harsher ride but look awesome. What about the Mash dirt track? They are great.

If that was 250cc or bigger it would sell well especially to customisers and hipsters i just wish they would bring engines out that do the full 16bhp learner limit as that sounds flat as a witches tit but looks are spot on.

for the price I'd want a liquid cooled engine and that disgusting mash logo on the tank needs to go! all black tank with subtle mash writing would be perfect, if this was the case I'd buy one right now.

Also, it looks a bit like the Fantic Cabalero (no bad thing). But, a lot cheaper (being air-cooled).
