I truly appreciate your video! It was so well explained! I’ve shied away from dried beans just for the reasons you gave, so I always bought canned 😅. I can’t wait to try this. Thank you so much!

Now to be totally converted to legumes for life, watch Karen Hurd's videos on healing with soluble fiber aka legumes. Incredible information.

Thank you for this informative video! I love how clear your voice is and how well it carries out. People who mumble and murmur in their videos, especially when they're trying to do a tutorial, drive me up the wall. So it's very refreshing to listen to someone who puts effort into projecting their voice.
I do have a question. Is it possible to oversoak beans? Say for example I soaked some beans overnight to use for the next day, but something came up and I couldn't use the beans until the day after. Are beans that have been soaking for more than overnight safe to use, and will soaking beans for a long time affect their taste and texture? Additionally, have you cooked beans using an Instant Pot?

Some beans 'burst' when cooked with salt (like Alubia beans, perhaps I just cooked them too long)

Legumes become harder if cooked with salt. Always better add the salt at the last 5’

my Titanic queen , you are beautiful,. Oh why did I come here? Yeah I want to know an easy way to boil these legumes faster, I fail making them soft 😭 even hours of boiling in a pressure cooker.

      What about using a crackpot

Don't add the salt until much later - they should be soft first.
