I've said it on this channel before and I'll say it again, 1:27 it's very scary seeing a guy this size do explosive pull ups so effortlessly. Most giants I've seen cant even hang on the bar for 20 seconds...
Nice to see a fellow Armenian doing positive things. Just discovered the channel and even as a competitive powerlifter……this stuff is great advice and knowledge. Love it!!
The thing I love about Peter is that there is no conflicting advice between any of his videos. He sticks to basic truths, ensuring consistency in information.
Thank god there is someone who has some sense to follow him other than me in this country. Feels good to know we avoid channels like tgtalks and watch this channel
Hey Peter just wanted to say thank you. I am just a recreational lifter focusing only on the basic compounds, improving my general strength and athletic performance. However, I learned a lot from your philosophy and I like to hear different perspectives, even if I don't want to push bodybuilding necessarily.
congrats, you deserve it king! i've been following you for more than a year now and the quality of the videos and the info just keeps getting better and better as time passes! much love from chile🇨🇱
CONGRATULATIONS on the 100k!!! In my humble opinion… always the best no BS info on the entire internet!!! Good luck Pete! And good luck to everyone in their training!
Arnold’s book that you have on your shelf is what inspired me to get into weight lifting, now body building even as a casual. I really like your old school style with no BS and straightforward training. Actually changed up my whole back workout because of your last vid. Good stuff
As somone who is very scientific minded and loves the physiology and anatomy side of body building, this is such an amazingly refreshing channel. No BS, preaching excersizes that simply work anecdotally as opposed to a bunch of bs literature that says xyz has is “The most optimal” and “highest EMG activation” with little clinical significance.
I started making gains after reaching a plateau due to “science based training” this channel is the best channel you’ll find on how to properly bodybuild
I got hooked up to your shorts accidentally about 6 months ago, due to monotone clips of your workouts. But after watching your full videos, I just can't stop watching your content. No BS, just pure facts, a combination of science and years of experience. Just like Tom Platz would say, people only wanna do SHOWY things, like leg press and bench press, but they wouldn't do barbell squats with strict form and more reps just because of how hard they were and most had sub optimal form. I see you do the same workouts with strict form, unlike V-shred who's selling you these fancy workouts and bullshit guides over the internet, but progressive overload, same goes to nutrition and rest. Nothing fancy, just discipline and consistency, with a clear vision in mind. As you say in your videos " Bodybuilding and training is simple, but not easy". Thanks for your knowledge and sharing your experiences with us. Keep posting, we will be watching it. Cheers!
Brother iam a Indian fan to you... perfect workout yours ... look like Arnold Schwarzenegger...beautiful tips thank you very much bro Peter khatcherian my name is ANANDH from India I like yours workout
Great video. Loving this channel. I'm a 51 year old just getting back into the gym after an extended layoff. All this resonates with the way I was brought up in the game. My old heroes were folks like Lee Haney, Rich Gaspari, Paul Dillett, and Al Beckles. My gods were Sergio Oliva, Bertil Fox, and Serge Nubret. I have a young cat who just started working out training with me, who is new to all of this. Definitely schooling him in the ways of our elders. Thanks for keeping the tradition going.
i like how simple and straight to the paint your channel and videos are built. and its easy to understand.. thanks Peter. Less is more, it shows once again.
Great point. Seated rows are great ego boosters but don’t compare, imo, to a bent over barbell or T-Bar row. Regarding body weight pull ups, they’re great but I find I’m too fatigued and can only manage around 5 sets of 5 before I lose my form. I have to finish up either on the seated lat pull down or my personal favourite, dumbbell pullovers, to get a proper pump in my lats. (BTW, just discovered Rader pulls that I superset with Dumbbell pullovers for that Silver Era rib cage expansion. Not sure how well it’s working just yet but you can definitely feel the pressure on the sternum with a Rader pull)

Thanks bro. I'm not even a body builder, but you're putting out some of the best content.
Natty or not Peter
Love RDL
Totally agree about RDLs for the back as a whole. They're actually a pretty decent overall mass builder even for traps and lats IMO.
Yeah definitely pull-ups combination with rdls blew my back up!
You are everywhere!
@xempcurve391 I do weighted pull ups before RDLS, after which I do rows. how do you program them together?
@@xempcurve391 Im trying that now!
