WOW...this video brought back a lot of memories for me as me and my family stayed at this resort many years ago, but it looks like the resort has had a huge upgrade since we stayed there. I love kumarakom. As I was traveling with my Autistic son, initially the staff wasn't willing to help us with our requirements but we managed to persuade them and they were really supportive after that. Good to see the place...hopefully will return to this resort soon.
@@rashmiseshan9312 My son was fine, but we wanted to have meals in our rooms, the layout of the resort itself was not designed to provide meals in our room. After explaining our situation to the manager, they were able to provide us meals in our room. My son does not like crowded places, we didn't want to be in front of lots of people incase he had a meltdown. All was good in the end. He was very young then. Hope my reply helps!!!
