I struggle with OCD for so many years but I defeated it many many years ago. I still get the odd thought from time to time and due to habit I will sometimes find myself subconsciously interacting with it but I then catch myself and let it be. You along with others such as mark freeman, Charles linden ect drastically helped with my recovery and I’d just like to say thanks mate. You’re an inspiration and keep up the good work. I hope you feel fulfilment because your work truly matters. 👌🏼From 🇦🇺 ✌🏼

@@aijazsiddique8713 yeah mate! Follow the information you get from the two I mentioned and this bloke.👌🏼 you just have to let yourself become comfortable with the thoughts and realise there just thoughts🤷🏽‍♂️ you can’t control what thoughts come into your head but you can control which ones are worth concentrating on.🤙🏼 don’t rush the process. It’s all about the frame of mind. It’s hard at the start but it does get easier ✌🏼

@@aijazsiddique8713 don’t try do! 👌🏼 it’s all in the mind. I was seriously so 🤬 up for year’s. We are creatures of habit. You have to accept it and move on. Let yourself self sooth because when the thoughts no longer bother you, you will be on the road to recovery. 👌🏼👊🏼 it’s all psychological not mental illness

@@lukeo2405 thank you! Will do for sure. I was recently diagnosed with severe vitamin D deficiency. It gave me severe anxiety and depression. After taking vitamin D supplements for a few weeks, the anxiety has receded. But I still have depression and something akin to anhedonia. Rumination, looping thoughts and like OCD. Been doing everything but this takes a while to let up. Very exhausting but I will keep a positive mind. Appreciate your kind words.

From Stuck to Unstuck, it's a precious book that is necessary in this journey. Also, I should say I really appreciate your 12-week program. It's so much helpful as well. Thank you forever.

Keep going 🧡 So many people have recovered from this. Just keep going. Find the right resources. Many of us have been there.
