Nice job! This is very inspirational! I'm learning how to handstand currently and it's definitely harder than it looks. You make it look easy! Keep it up!
Just trying to give some constructive criticism try to put your head in line with your shoulders (so shoulders next to your ears) so that you can fully open up the shoulders to have a straighter handstand.
@@Mykhaiel1st of all if are a beginner focus on being upside down and increase your timing to hold that position... don't try too hard just try to keep your body straight as much as possible and also always keep pushing the ground hard . Just keep calm while doing handstand With time u will able to master handstand ...👍
I have tried and tried but not able to balance my handstand because my fingers don't have enough power to put on the ground to shift the balance point.
You can strengthen your fingers and forearm by being on the ground and putting most of your weight on your palms and wrists. Try to push your weight off with your fingers back to you. This will improve your strengh, improve your wrist mobility and flexibility, and also teach you how it is supposed to feel when being upside on your hands and balance! Well, im sure you'll get it really soon and just keep trying king!!💪💪
@@Timaxfitness Thank you for your valuable reply. Well, I am used to be upside down for at least 30 seconds and I have also tried to be upside down for 50-60 seconds. My wrist mobility is also good as my bones are not that much hard. I'll strengthen my fingers as you have said with addition to fingertips push - ups and handstand push ups against the wall. Thank you again my king.
did you ever had the fear of falling? Like maybe breaking your neck? I wanted to learn how to fall and the HS exercises, I had strength to do it but I can't control my lower body and I can only do banana HS on wall I can't balance it.
Hello! I have been practicing handstands all my life and the fear of falling is going to disappear after you have gotten used to doing the handstands. To learn how to fall I would practice on a softer area and practice rolling out of it. Just remember to tuck your head in towards your chest and then you will be fine. :)
@@yougotmynamewrong2899 Watch "sondre bergs" handstand videos and you will learn everything quickly. You lose the fear of falling when you know how to fall. For this you only have to let go of one arm as soon as you fall and so you never fall on your back/neck. But watch his video's
My dream is doing this Handstand from horisental position I find a course from an expert caled Dominic Lacasse, but all vedio are deleted from my PC . 😥
Just keep trying. Practise is key💪💪 but you can try it on the wall, try to have your shoulders a little bit in front of your palms, put pressure on your fingers when you fall off etc.

My journey is still progressing. I'm getting closer but trying to get rid of the banana :-( You're doing awesome!
Good job man

Now train for one arm handstand and handstand push ups you got quite a good balance and strength
A tip i would give is try to engage your core and glutes ..... focus at a single spot between hands while u r doing handstand..👍

Bro but how did you get in that position without falling I still do it with the wall but I don't touch the wall I'm just afraid of falling forward 😭💔
It's just to practice over and over and to learn to get out of the handstand safely everyone has his technique to safely get out of the hs
