Our Mammoth's guns were turned off for the early stages of the fight XD Finally got em together and lasted the whole thing. Tons of fun!
I watched in great anticipation for them to fire. Then I was like why are they not firing haha
please put rocket turrets on the side of the main turret. I can't shake the heavy tank distinction in me head and its such a good mammoth!
mind you i accept that they're likely to be much easier to lose than the main armoured turret.
mind you a salvo fired tube of railguns would roughly approximate the mk2 if you can bear to put yourself through walker design.
also fair play to you not having it become a self projecting rewelding monster in honour of that half health regen ability, excellent sportsmanship.
From the looks of the video, the tan camo rovers held the middle the longest. Looked like a sick battle
That small rover pulling those high risk stunts on the big rovers was straight out of a movie, that guy must have had a blast doing this.

I would love to see driving under a massive rover with a small one. Hope they have no guns under there and make your way inside to hijack it. Very cost effective and funny
I think what makes this so amazing is that the players mined, fought and scrapped for every bullet and missile they used. You get to see the end result of the real logistics players made together. Seeing the culmination of their works duke it out is like watching ancient beasts fight. Amazing!
I think ive gotta say G is the mvp for braving into the center with his smallgrid tank while it was occupied by 3 RaB Leviathans.
RAB held the center for longest and couldn't be dislodged and by final shot it looked like there wasn't anyone else in center with them.

Overall the narration (for the whole vid I mean) was *critical* as makes it clear whose doing what, when. Good tactical breakdown.
Also the footage is awesome. This scene right here 6:32 for example, holy smokes! We get to see the projectiles flying in, very cinematic.
I hear there is a mod for SE which smooths your mouse motion, and makes it *really* cinematic too. Camera kind of "flows" in the direction you look, you may find it useful.
Damn I love that rover combat!!! Thank you Aaron and all the crew for putting on one hell of a good show. My favorite rover was the Mortal Engine that died too early :(.
Loved the video @LastStandGamers! Can't wait for the next video man! I'd have to say that R.A.B. won this match since they were in the Square for the longest, but G's Stug getting past everyone and into the City without even Aaron noticing is what makes him the Real MVP of this Match LMAO!
Me and my Zap rover, probably some of the funnest bit I've had running around with that being a terror to large grids.
Arid's rover was crazy fast and agile. Nothing quite like watching a ship 10x your size spin on a dime and unleash a rocket salvo lol
Between the unified faction colours and narration these videos are getting a lot easier to follow.

Land warfare is what I dreamed so much ever since playing Homeworld Desert of Kharak.
Kinda ironic what I love doing in-game with name 'space' in it is landships and airships - either it being Space Engineers or Kerbal Space Program.
And also salute to GLA bombtruck guy, love the accurate design

I believe I should be the mvp for my crazy good skills avoiding people as I circled the location over and over at max speed while popping shots of at everyone one by one. And for the crazy drift I did avoiding a head on collision

Really epic battle, been a long time since I've seen a SE battle.
Best missle volley is 4x4 or 5x5 grid of small nonreloading missle launchers with timer blocks that activate 2 separate missle launchers at a time make sure there spaced with separate time intervals like .2-.5 seconds. Not only looks cool but you have 4 different complete volleys of 16 to 25 separate missles that you can send at your target in quick succession with tracking. You can also make a large 2x2 ship varient becuase they fire faster you can activate them faster but you might need more timer blocks
To good times and wasted resources! That event was a lot of fun. Even if it got a bit messy.
I'd love to participate in one of these events! If only Space Engineers were a bit more stable and didn't crash so often... Fingers crossed for Space Engineers 2!

Cheeky little things and they could dodge the big rovers surprisingly well.
I really like tiny misslie rovers they are absolute ankle biters.
Roly Poly rover was not the hero everyone wanted but the one we all deserved.

would be cool to have more cityscape to work with so its a bit less of a ring and more sprawling streets to get caught off guard in but that was a great fight

Your overdo another death race run on that server before the new one begins. I remember the last one you did. Always enjoyed this type of combat removing the jump ability made gold for some wicked vehicle spars.
would love this, but keen still needs to fix the issue of rovers going to fast for boxels and hitboxes on the ground to load in will fall through the planet
Aaron, is it possible for some of the servers to have the GridAI Beta enabled?
Would love to see what crazy *PMWs* people will create - and *now* would be better than later (for feedback, exploits, OP reasons...)
(GridAI *does* work on rovers btw)
Devs said it will be a normal part of the game - so if it is OP/unbalanced, then it will be too late - so getting the buggy Beta on servers now would be better IMO (and if people think it doesn't work well - they don't have to use it *and* can give feedback too)
If your good enought you can make essentially a missle gattling gun with timer blocks you can increase the fire rate of missle launchers by making them trigger separately on timer please give this advice to people as I've used its really effective I just haven't seen anyone else put in on a ship or use it and it you can demonstrate this in vid with a tracking torrent I might become more popular.
Some body should make man controlled hydra rocket pods with a square of 9 or more rocket and a gun and camera for ai tracking. And uses timer blocks to activate separate pods in a sequence allowing for alot more damage

In order to avoid server chrashes, I think the big building are un unnecessary decorum. Better be in voxel...
This is also a sign of, you all either need a stronger server, or SE just needs to suck it up lol
With optimization mod you may get more fps at massive pvp like this
