The ghost riders mentioned at 4:08 are only of any use when you use the "just ride" feature as they allow you to draft. The "time trial" option -which needs to be used for completing challenges - does not allow drafting. You can also draft when racing.
I like your comment about: it's ok, it's good if you want to ride the courses and see the scenary. If you want social rides and better workouts, Zwift may be your thing.
There is still the social aspect on Rouvy but you definitely have to plan around it - no race every 5 mins like Zwift has.. evenings in autumn/ winter often have well attended races, especially if these are linked to a current challenge route (like the recent vuelta stages for example). Once you find a popular event, the drafting physics plus scenery on real roads makes it very realistic and an excellent experience.

I think that for climbing it is awesome and superior to Zwift. More variation

Zwift is poisoned by their obsession with gamification. To me, Zwift is dead.
