I've been using the HALO since it was released and the GX for 11 months and love them. Details in the video - but I forgot to mention that this conductor gel, unlike any other I've tried, really rinses off the face! No wiping off, no soaping up afterwards. Of course, you should wash with a cleanser - but something just 10 splashes or so and I'm good to go with my AM routine.

Great video! I have NuFace and once it dies, I’ll look into a replacement of maybe another brand.
I just received my ZIIP. So glad to see this informative video. I have been noticing the difference in your face over the last year and since you have always used skincare products, I now believe it is the ZIIP that has given you the most results. I also have broken capillaries and was afraid to start it because of them and the contraindications page. I got a blood clot at the back of my throat from the NuFace in 2016. I lost. The lower left molar. But it seems that with the nano current and the smartness of the chips inside the ZIIP I’m ready to see if this works better. I noticed a huge difference in Wayne Goss’s face and Michelle Wang’s face along with yours. Hot and flashy too but she tests so many devices now it’s hard to tell which one has worked the best. I really appreciate all your research and “weirdness”. I am cut from the same cloth. At 67 I’m too chicken to do anything invasive including needles. Thank you! 💕😂
Thank you so much for the lovely comment. If you have concerns about broken capillaries, the nano current should be fine, but for the strong currents, I suggest that you use plenty of conductor (one of the thicker ones, like silver) generously over the concerned area and to work briefly in those zones. I hope you love it!

I've had my Ziip Halo for a few months and have absolutely loved it..until about a week ago when it started doing weird things.. it wouldn't sync with any treatments, wouldn't turn off after treatments and even zapped me! Thankfully customer service was very helpful and are supposed to be sending me a replacement....
They do have great customer service! I really appreciate a brand that stands behind their product. if something goes wrong - they'll replace it kind of thing.

I've seen video on that and spoke to my Dr about it. My concern is often more than one treatment is required and the marks it leaves are really something! I came away with the thought that old-fashioned lipo under the chin would be less expensive, requiring only one treatment, one recovery and no polka dots. I'm glad to know you had great results!

I'm going to order one. I had two Nufaces and both broke after a year, very annoying! It's been six months and I feel like a need to do microcurrent again for my lower face and eye lids - and skin. I was the same way - no apps on my phone! But this app is easy to use - be sure to close it when your done, or it may eat your battery a bit. They are having a discount on bundles and yes, my code will build this that discount. I ordered a few more of the gels - always good to stock up when on sale!
I’m on my second Ziip. Customer service fabulous. A rattle in the first one, and now I find my second one..the silver covering seems to be coming up at the side. I am awaiting reply

I get botox once in a while - maybe twice a year.
Is there any other alternative gel we can use with the ZIIP Halo? Would aloe vera gel work?
Yes, I used to use aloe vera gel with my devices - but do give this one a try. The Silver is the best conductor gel I've ever tried AND, you don't have to wipe it off - just slash your face a few times, then wash as usual. Getting conductor gels off my face has always been a chore - with this one - it's so easy!

Can you use this if you get botox? Also on the neck? Ty
You should wait 10 days to two weeks after botox before using microcurrent. Everyone has a different standard - but a least a week. You'll want to avoid the thyroid when using on the neck.
Great video…..and I too have used the NuFace for many years. I do have the new ZIIP. My only complains or ‘fright’ is that when I go near or too close to my eyes (outsider side) I feel little currents …little quivers or what ever they are. Anyone experience that?
Yes, some of the currents are strong than others and I can feel the current on some areas of my face where there skin is thinner. It's normal, but if you don't like that experience, simply direct the device so it doesn't pass over those areas.
Well thank you very much for the reply! I am also thinking that the conductive gels could be making a bit of a difference. I 'like' the Crystal gel and just rec'd an order of it and the Silver, which i have not tried. I have heard that the Silver is more viscous making it a bit thicker, so we shall see. I was also a regular NuFace user for years - and just about hated every minute of it - so, so boring. I really like the ZIIP and hoping i can avoid that annoying little zapping. A total offside, I had a 'Lucy' until just last year and i still have a ''Grace', along with 2 others.......dogs i mean.
