It is good to see that this jazz group is surviving through thick and thin - testimony to belting out beautiful and entertaining music, year after year, retaining many original and talented members. May God bless you and keep you all safe. Thanks for sharing video.
Noticed the smiles between Shea&Erica I believe it was because of the unusual twang as Erica sung a terrific rendition of Blue Moon Over Kentucky.Have followed the group for years&they just keep getting better.Must have my daily fix.
I think you're right David. Erika faces an interesting challenge. The original recordings of many tunes TS plays were performed with heavy accents that hardly match the speech patterns Erika grew up with in upstate New York. Some degree of accent seems appropriate, but not too much. I think she finds an excellent compromise as she sings.
If Tuba Skinny doesn't get your toes tapping and put a smile on your face, you better check yourself for a pulse! The ultimate feel-good band!
Shaye, the greatest timekeeper and cornet player ever
Erika Lewis is wonderful….could listen to her all day.
Quel son! Merci Erika pour cette voix toujours aussi exceptionnelle! Qu'est-ce qu'on les aime!!!
Just the right amount of wonderfulness to make my day
if yer feeling down, just listen to TS and all bright and sunny again
I do love this amazing band xxx

Lovely to see Erica back in the group again.
Did she jump ship for awhile?
@@guyrabinowitz Not really. She moved to Ashevill, NC, so she is only available for festivals and tours. Also She took time out to have a baby.
@@BudgieJane Is she married?
@@guyrabinowitz Sorry, that is none of my business, so I don't know.
I love watching Shaye control everything
Barnabas is sporting some serious sideburns!
with Erika the best street jazz band in the whole world
Ummm about the guys who gave this vid a thumbs down... Ad3n! D3n na 3tiiti moa braba saaa?
so, we get Erika back, thank God for her health, but now no Jason.
They always leave one member on their trips. Erika only shows for their trips and New Orleans Fairs, in the spring.
The band members always sit in the same order.
👍
I wish Elvis could sing with Erika!
