The epic journey of creation (the process of bringing an idea out of your mind and into the real world) is a roller-coaster between fear and confidence, insecurity and courage.
We oscillate between both without rhyme or reason, never knowing the intricacies of the hidden triggers that allow us to move from one to the other with seeming ease.
When we enter FLOW, it's magic. We feel the spark. And we fall in love with the experience. When we exit FLOW, we start questioning if we have what it takes. We wonder if others already did it better. We worry about risking what's been built in favor of the next BOLD MOVE. We question if it's meant to be or if the obstacles are insurmountable.
There is a powerful shift in perspective you can make to separate that indecision, perfectionism and cognitive exhaustion from the process of birthing the idea you KNOW belongs in the world. - บันเทิง

De fato, tenho pensado muito sobre meus processos de amadurecimento em ver o processo criativo e parece que ao passar do tempo fui perdendo a coragem do impulso. Agora possuo mais julgamento sobre mim, uma avaliação própria mais severa que muitas vezes me paralisa na criação, mas acredito que o silêncio o tempo estão me ensinando a ouvir outras perspectivas de progresso. E é exatamente como você falou, deixar a ideia ser algo na minha vida ter o espaço dela, e não entregar toda minha vida em uma ideia. Gosto de pensar na analogia de uma construção, só tijolo em cima de tijolo a obra não acontece, precisa da argamassa para ser forte. A criação é assim, precisa da argamassa da paciência, do tempo, do cotidiano, de outros lugares da vida sendo abastecidos pra então fortificar a criação.
Obrigada pelo seu conteúdo, acompanho todos os e-mails desde 2019 quando iniciei minha jornada 1, e agora no ano 6 consigo entender a maneira que o caminho de sabedoria da vida vai se desenrolando, pelas percepções, conquistas, frustações e sobretudo resiliência e criatividade. Seu trabalho é transformador para mim!

Wow. I'm literally writing a course now (year 1) and this whole year has been about me flipping back and forth about my worthiness in doing so. I've learnt from past mistakes of quitting too soon and I'm plugging away slowly and tenderly as I tell myself this is what I need to do and that I CAN do these hard things. It's not about the end goal for me anymore, I'm already learning far more about myself whilst doing the work. I 100% wouldn't have this shifted mindset if it wasn't for your constant and welcomed emails. 🙌
