Congrats from Brazil! I really love this car! I have one myself, same color and year as yours, I'm 19 and it's my first car. I work with my father in his bodyshop and now we are restoring it. It's so nice to see an EJ1 in as good a condition as yours, well maintained for a car that's almost 30 years old, mine wasn't as lucky, the previous owners didn't seem to like it very much. anyway, good luck with your project! (and sorry for the bad english, it's not my native language).

These would def go back up in value. Im restoring my 1993 captiva blue del sol. I am in the hunt for a civic like yours in the same color.. just subbed.
do you have videos on your Del Sol? I used to own that exact car and color. Someone crashed into it (hit and run) while it was parked and totaled the car. I loved that car. Would love to see yours. :)

That is in incredible shape for its age. Up here in the Northeast any car that old would be rusted out. No way it would have survived 28 winters, lol. It would be toast-relegated to the junkyard. I actually can't believe that it is able to be on the road! You're lucky. This is also a wonderful project. I'm not sure that I would do that with the first car I drove-a '70s Plymouth, lol? My son had an Acura for a while that looked a bit like your Honda. It was a standard transmission so I had to teach him how to drive that. Have fun! Then buy an EV,? You're in California after all.
luckily, this Civic has been a California car its entire life so no body rust. 90s Honda / Acura are a lot of fun to drive bc it's so basic. New cars today are so advanced it almost drives itself. lol... I don't have plans to buy a EV unless my 2013 Hyundai somehow dies. That car is a manual as well so it's also fun to drive.
i’ve been through the high end car audio phase in the early 90s. In fact, I was an IASCA sound quality judge. Keeping this car all stock will hold value better.

I would definitely take one and make it into a resto-mod. Strip it down, and rebuild with performance goodies.

Hell yeah. My blue green pearl 95 coupe has 233k miles and runs like it has only 100k.

Any ideas on where to find a sturdy cup holder ? The one in my 95 Honda civic won’t hold
