Walteri is killing every song I've checked. Dude is a monster. He's got the arrangement, feel, grooves, unison fills, all of that shit 100% down. It's actually incredible. I've been an Opeth fan since 2001 and I'd actually say these songs sound the best they ever have live as far as matching the tempo and feel from the album goes. Cheers to Walteri!
Also, killer video btw, it's way harder than it seems to not flail the camera around like an idiot. Going to see them tonight in Worcester I'm super pumped!!
@@MawcDrums it was hard to stay steady, especially because I was recovering from a cold and trying to hold back coughs (if it ever jostles, thats usually the culprit). When it pulls out to a wide shot, that’s usually me bracing my arms on my chest so I could rest. Fortunately this venue had a slanted floor so not too many people were taller than me
