How can a job get oversaturated in just 4 years?! This is not an engineering course with 100 of colleges and lakhs of students passing out an year. There is only very few colleges and only limited students can clear the exams an year.
If the first year is your break semester, yes! You have to clear all the subjects to move to the next semester. If it's not a break semester, you can carry that subject along with your next semester exam.
