Oh my god work experience. I remember I use to sneak in the stationary cupboard at work and I would be ringing dental practices, because most are closed during lunch hours I had to ring early in morning or late in afternoon it took me ages to secure it but I got such a variety and it defiantly paid off. 😁🙌 another great video yewande 😁

Thank you for this 🥺 I have always wanted to become a dentist my whole life but corona has gotten in the way of my path but I decided to retake year 12 as my teachers predicted me a ddu for my as level exams and I wasn’t going to get any offers with that but I’m trying again now I was abit sad that the unis in London don’t allow retake students and I would have to move out but it’s worth it if I have a chance of achieving my dream
Keep going don’t give up! You may have to move out of London but trust me it will all be worth it in the end ❤️

In my family it’s not cool to be a dentist but I felt called from God to be a dentist so now I’m dental Skool. My m8’s dad is a dentist and he asked me to work for him and I thought about it 4 a few years and saw him in Starbucks and he asked me for an answer and I was like yea I’m going to go to dental skool and work for him wen qualifyed. I had to retake and glad I did. The work experience made me kno I made the right choice even tho it seemed we’re to me.

hi, I am watching this because like you, I have no family members that become a dentist and now I am in confusion in taking dentistry, therefore I watched dentist youtuber for me to motivated to pursue this profession.

Thanks for this inspiring video!! I’m also a resit IB applicant and I’m applying this year as an international. But I’m worried because so many unis don’t accept resits for undergrad dentistry in the uk.. Would you mind sharing to which unis you applied for??
I applied to Manchester, Liverpool, Plymouth and Sheffield :)
