Cucumber Tomato Onion Salad

2 Cucumbers sliced
2 Onions quarter
2 or 3 quarted Tomato’s
Salt , pepper
2 Tablespoon olive oil
2- 1-1/2 cups ice water
A little over 1 cup of white vinegar
1 -1/2 cup white sugar
Let marinade several hour for best results the next day it’s excellent
