Dude! I've posted several times about not being able to fix my wii sports disc. I gave up all hope. Got that novus2 off amazon and spent about 45 mins buffing and now it works! Never could have done that without your videos. Thanks so much!
Hello, I just had a brief question that you kind of got into in this video, but I'm not sure if I got it all. I wanted to clean a bunch of game cases and cover arts from a lot of games that someone gave me. I was just wondering if all I needed to do to clean the cases was to soak them in a tub or sink or warm water and soap? Were there any other steps you'd recommend other than just doing that, and them drying them all afterwards? There is also a bit of a smokey smell to them. Thank you!
Toss those cases (without the cover arts or games) in a sink full of warm soapy water! Let them soak for about a half hour and take them out. Give them a rinse and see how they are looking! Rinse and repeat as needed!
Toss them into a bag with baking soda! Make sure they are perfectly covered and let it sit overnight! I've got some bags doing that right now actually!
I'd love to see a video on cleaning cases with just Dawn soap and water, and white vinegar and water. I've used white vinegar just around the house as a spray for mitigating smells, and I've never had better. I'm not much a germaphobe, but I do have touch sensitivities, and whenever I get a used game and it feels grimy, I gotta clean it. The amount of dirt I've removed is astonishing watching paper towel go black from the dirt on cases.
So the longer you let cases soak in soapy water (with a little vinegar) the more dirt will eventually soak off. I will absolutely make a video showing how to bulk clean cases (but it will be gross!!)
Your polishing playstation jewel cases video is great. I just polished 2 of mine, works amazing! One other thing though, anyone have a good technique to remove stickers from the top of the disk itself? I have a preowned sticker on a PS1 game that is on the top of the disk (why they gotta put there bro?)

Glad that you are back in business! Greetings from Greece. All of your videos have taught me much about cleaning my video games' collection.

Love your videos man
Awesome video, but what if it is the manual and cover art what stinks, not the box?

@@RestoreAndReplay fantastic!!! It’s so satisfying, gross, but satisfying.
Is it feasible to use shield miraplate liquid car polish to polish a blue ray dvd?
You can, but some of the liquid car polishes contain more wax than polish, so just see what the content is!

I GOT A BIG OLD STACK OF PS1 GAMES WITH STICKERS. Just you wait.
