Couple corrections for you, Jerry. The enemies are not very different at all. It is pretty much Generic Enemy 1, 2, and 3. Occasionally there are more, but rarely so with the only big differences being 'key' enemies which are basically your boss fights. Combat is very strongly tied to using the fold powers, and that that extent developing said powers in the best way to handle such. The combat is very generic due to this, only ever changing as you get more powers upgraded which inevitably reaches a peak that grows old fast. Speaking of which, the way you upgrade said powers make look similar to players as it is almost a blatant rip-off of the Star wars Jedi: survivor/fallen order. You achieve or find points through course of the game to then spend to gain talents, abilities, stat boost. Graphics are not stellar, hardly even current gen I would argue. This is rather disappointing given it is Unreal Engine 5 being used. Most models appear almost like clay models and animation appears to be a combination of motion capture and old fashion self made (especially in facial animations). Even then the animations stick out, such as scaling a wall. This is clearly just someone crawling on the floor, something that is quick to notice when reaching top of the wall and the fact the hands are flat rather than curled as if they are latching onto something. Little detail some might say, but many of them add up over time. This leads into the world also, it is very linear and direct, save for necessity to solve the occasional puzzle which even then isn't very challenging. I do agree that supporting character dialogue is lacking, but there is also the main character dialogue that at times doesn't seem to fit what is being said. Leading into the story, this is very slow and tedious making the game over all boring when it comes to pacing if not repetitive which combat sprinkled in here and there. This is saying a lot for a game that takes an average of 9 hours to complete the story. With all that said, I would not pay full price for this game and instead wait for a sale if someone is genuinely interested in playing it. Mediocre at best, and certainly not something I would expect for a company that otherwise spends a lot of time tooting its own horn on its main website to include ties to Bandai Namco.

Plus that whole era had seen a lot of greys and browns and used tons of blur effects. So up close things don't look so great. Not to mention there were so many games using unreal 3 engine which took ages to load textures, and each time you enter new areas it would take few seconds for textures to finally load.
