To the best of my understanding, if this is a new Tensioner there is no problem, because it has symmetrical at 180 degrees. If the used part is returned, the direction is important, because wear causes unevenness in it form. The part is not expensive, and if it is already dismantled, it is better to replace it with new one.
tamirkr if there is rattling sound in the cam chain, can it be adjusted or should it be replaced? I hear a rattling sound in the morning when i start my motorcycle but when the engine started to heat up,the sound disappears. Can you also make a video on how to tune the carb? It would be very helpful. Thanks a lot!
In my model the "cam chain" is automatic, and can not be adjusted, and must be replaced. A cold engine makes a different sound than a hot engine. Only a qualified mechanic can determine if it is a normative voice change, or that something needs repair. Maybe you need to adjust the valves? I recommend for you to access a qualified mechanic. For carburetor tuning I can recommend other TH-cam videos. I have no carburetor. Try searching "How to adjustment the carb on one cylinder motorcycles" Video example th-cam.com/video/TDU2KOpYwFg/w-d-xo.html
Νice video but you could just use a ratchet Screwdriver .. cheap and easy ;) I learned this from a mechanic , a ratchet screw driver provides extra force to remove anything :P Also I believe when you use sandpaper it can rust easilly.
If the sandpaper removes a rust protection coating (paint, etc), and you do not repair the coating/paint, then yes, it will encourage rust. If you use thick sandpaper(grit 40...), it will increase the contact area of the metal with the air and may also encourage rust.
When an free interval is created as a result of normal use, the tensioner device closes the free movement automatically. The device pushes the chain rail and that way is clossing free movement in the chain. If the timing gears, the timing chain, or chain rail are dramatically worn, of course they should be replaced as well.
You mean what appears in 4:48? It should be assembled so that the color point faces outward. Not that I'm hundred percent sure there are a differences, only this is how the part was originally installed on my INNOVA 0:29.
What happens if i put the tensioner back with the wrong side?will there be any problem in the future?thanks!

why not use Impact Screw Driver on removing the screw that was damage?
You're right. I didn't have, and now I have. Anyway I demonstrate how to manage without Impact Screw Driver.
By the way Great Video! In our Country we call that bike "Wave 125".
Vessel Impacta are great for that.
why you are not replace the crew one damage you remove, thas is posipble to leaking oil!!!
No oil leaked. But you're right, later on I changed them both.
