I used to watch those on the GB&W. GB&W called them RS 20'S. Chopped low nose and 12 cylinder 251. I believe Morrison Knudsen did the D&H units

Thanks! If it was built by MLW, it would be an MLW RS3M. The M simply means it was modified: rebuilt by Morrison-Knudsen and given a 2,000-hp 251C engine.
