    Good day! I've lost 13 pounds (6.5 kgs) after 3 weeks doing this exercise everyday without changing my diet! Thanks so much (*big hug*). A little advice: always land on your toes when jumping to avoid feet injury.

    Thank you so much for putting these on TH-cam! I just started to workout again and walking and running gets boring so easily because it’s not fun. When you talk to the camera I feel like your talking to me and it’s so fun dancing as a workout ! Thank you!

    Love your videoS. Just one tip. Keep your neck neutral in the push ups ( not dropped ) . Keep the Chin tucked . Ears lined up over shoulders. Thank you for posting these workouts. What great cardio and strength and ..fun!

    I love you, girls :) but I think this one is too intensive without any warm-up! It should be a short warm-up, to speed up your pulse slower. After 10 minutes of this I had to stop it and felt like vomiting till the end of the day, and my condition is not that bad. Anyway, I love your videos, it's just a lesson for me (and maybe for you) to do a warm-up before ;)

    UPDATE! I lost weight 7 pounds (3.5 kg) in a week! Just by trying this workout everyday (sometimes with another HIIT by EVA of same studio), and eat 600-1000 cals a day. Thank you!!! Im very confident to lose at least 24 pounds or 12 kgs in one month!!! I will give my weekly update IA....

      Thanks for the update Elie. We admire your dedication. Please make sure to give your body proper nutrition while exercising. You should never take your calories below 1,400 per day or you run the risk of exhausting your adrenals and crashing your metabolism. I would absolute recommend discussing this with a doctor if possible to make sure you are being safe. You are beautiful just the way you are. If you want to be healthier, focus on the way you feel, darling. If you are feeling tired and weak and not happy, please know those are signs that you are not eating enough. A weight loss of 2-3 pounds per week is ideal to make sure you are taking good care of your body. We love you and want you to be your best self, and in order to do that, you have to nourish your mind, body, and soul properly.

    Guys I am a fitted person, really, I do a lot of hiit and high intensity cardio and this routine gives me so much happiness. I have done like 100 times and it is still challenging. I loooove it!!     anyone have any recommendations for similar channels. I tried many (i.e. fitsuger, zumba,...) and these are by far my favorite!! I cant find any more like this and I have done all of theirs

    This is a fun workout, thank you!! But just a word of caution for everyone -- warmup and cool down are important parts of intense exercises like this... my lower back muscles hurt pretty badly the next day after the burpees in this exercise😬

      :::Cristiana::: hi! Muscle soreness is totally normal after doing exercises your body isn’t used to. That means you were working hard! The first song in the playlist is meant to be a warm up at the slower pace to slowly and safely raise your heart rate and get your blood pumping to your muscles. Much love. ❤️

    doesnt HIIT stand for high intensity interval training? The idea that you work as hard as you can then take a break then as hard as you can again and repeat? like 45 secs on 15s off??

      Yes, the HIIT in the description is more to give an idea of what kinds of moves to expect. And you don't necessarily have to stop during a HIIT as long as your heart rate is going up and down.

    This was killer!!! in a short amount of time .Me and my 15yrld son just got done doing this workout . U guys started off with pushups witch
    are torture .But we pulled it throu all the way to the end .Thanks girls 🔥👍💯🥵

    Fun workout, but I had to take some breathers in there to not die for real. And I did squatjumps instead of the moves where you went down on the ground, since my wrists can’t handle that. It was really hard workout, and look forward to the day when I can do it without resuscitation-breaks.
