2. India was not the aggressor. The surgical strikes were done in retaliation to terrorist attack by pakistan. It is a known fact and sethi himself has acknowledged in past that pakistan sent jihadis
3. Siachen was never occupied by pakistanis. The entire Kashmir and Gilgit baltistan is a disputed territory and Siachen due to the heights and hostile nature of territory was not occupied by anyone. India seized the opportunity and occupied the same .
3. Pakistan started first they occupied it first, India and Pak reached some conditional agreement and pakistan broke the agreement , Indians took the Siachen.

Pakistan purchasing Chinese J-10C from China to counter India's Rafale fighter jets (as per Sheikh Rasheed statement). Pakistan can also buy air defence system to counter India's S-400 deployment . Just Pakistan need a serious talks with IMF in this regards.
If Pakistan can arrange approximately 1 billion dollars for J-10C fighter jets , then why can't few more billions for air defence system ?
