It took my husband 2 days to get it right. No instructions - just pictures of the parts. Would never buy another Équate walker from Walmartn

Thanks for the video. I ran into the same issue you did re the plastic caps. I also wouldn’t have known what to do with the star shaped knobs without your video. I didn’t use the washers so now I’ll go back and do that. Appreciate your time.

I enjoyed your video than the one I saw first time. Your instructions was clearer. I struggle the first time. I put it all backwards and am starting again after 1 week. I got a walker like this from Walmart thank you for sharing, it was a nightmare directions from Walmart they need to give better directions.

If were not already told or know that Amazon offers 15 models of 4 wheeled walkers ranging from $50.00-$100.00. Wal-Mart.com offers a willing 40 models ranging from $50.00 to $100.00. Both offered reduced cost pricing for returned walkers. Nothing wrong but just returned. Also Wal-Mart.com had bariatric and standing walkers. If your ahi g loved just broke a leg or something they also had a selection of 3 wheel walkers. You can also verify if the walker is available in store closest to you on the same day you checked. I just checked I am now my Mom's caretaker and she had to have a 4 wheel walker so just checked both about 10 minutes ago. By the way thank you for the video series it is really helping me out. The shower curtain for the transfer bench was how I found you. I just knew that there had to be someone like that found shower curtains at a starting mind you rate of $55.00 and up insane. I subscribed so tomorrow will be checking out how to use the walker properly. thanks again.

There is a strap on the right side of the seat. That is to help you fold the walker to put it in a car. When attaching the back rest, lift up that strap and thread it around the back rest. That will keep the strap within easy reach at all times, especially if the person using the rollator has issues with leaning over.

Have not finished watching the complete video but I have one of these also about ready to take it back I was yelling at the video when you couldn't get the legs in the holes they also say right and left on the bottom I still don't understand the e clips.. I think I'm going to take mine back too much for me

It's junk. They sent me two screws that were too short. The one wheel keeps turning to the side.. Right back in the box in went to Walmart.
