I’m 교포 born in Korea but I think Japanese guys are under rated. Plenty of Japanese guys are tall and they tend to be stoic, quiet type. Japanese guys are hot or miss, the hot Japanese are in high demand. I think 한국여차 shouldn’t over look Japanese guys. But I think Japanese women are very open to korean guy. Not sure about Taiwan.
I think Taiwanese women are open to both too, before they might be more open to Japanese, now with K pop, they might prefer Korean more if they have to choose from Korean or Japanese guys. The type of Japanese guys you're talking about are all high in demand from these 3 countries😂 From my personal experience(I'm a guy) looking at my friends from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, I think Korean and Taiwanese are relatively similar compare to Japanese, Taiwanese guys are actually about the same height as Korean(if you go to both places and take their subway and observe) But Korean guys do have a wide shoulder because they pay attention to it and work on it in a gym, Taiwanese didn't have this massive trend of going to the gym and build their body until 2016. Personality in general, I'd say Korean and Japanese are both more male chauvinism than Taiwanese, Taiwanese guys are more flexible and spoil their gf like a princess, in fact, they've been doing this too much, to a point now Taiwanese girls are having this so called "princess syndrome"(公主病) But the balance is getting better now, many Taiwanese girls now are more practical, for example they'd ask to split the bill when they're dating, do not want to put extra burden to guys, and guys would know she's a keeper, not because she pays her own meal, but because she's considered and thoughtful.
I've been to all 3 countries and I think in real life Korean guys have way more of the stoic types. Japanese guys are very easygoing and relaxed and more open minded. I think culturally they are a bit more similar to Taiwanese than Korean.
