Proud of Origin for making it this far. Unbelievable 1st year for the team. People saying they wouldn't even make it through groups and they finish Top 4 at worlds! Great year.

Wow... this crowd is horrible, the worst I have ever seen in any League of Legends game, they can't even cheer for their team, holy shit!
They wanted to cheer for OG.. but they were getting rekt. lol

After the first game, I didn't expect the rest of the series to devolve into a feed fest by Origen. Its disappointing to see since it really looked like they were tilting in the second and third game. They kept over extending, kept pushing team fights and then feeding over more kills and then the game snow balled out of control.
I think if Origen just worked on their communication more they could of pushed SKT harder. Origen's warding and map control after the first game was getting worse and worse and you could see SKT begin to dominate the map with their rotations.
Game one, Origen actually had a small gold lead by 20 minutes, pulled off an early Baron but misplayed a fight where they chased SKT to the tier 2 tower and Amazing died under there going for the kill. SKT then would turn that around pick up Dragon and then control the game afterwards. Game 2, even with that first blood on Marin at level one, SKT used superior rotations to keep Soaz down and Marin had another game where he was over 100 cs over Soaz. The third game, just constant skirmishes that Origen were chasing and kills after kills going over to SKT.
The big mismatch was the top lane. Marin crushed Soaz so hard and Soaz constantly not communicating with his team when he over extends. As a top laner, you have to do your job and part of that is knowing when to not to over extend and when to do it with support for your team.
And the synergy with Amazing and Mithy was not very evident. Amazing over all had a very bad series. He had some flashy ganks on his Lee Sin this game, but he sucked on Evelynn, sucked on Rek Sai and didn't do enough to help Soaz. Mithy not a great series since he is the shot caller. Wave management from Origen was very poor and Origen was constantly losing gold to mismanaging the top wave. Marin was able to create these long waves where he could push them right into the tier 2 tower and then bounce them back and continually deny farm to Soaz. Its why he was over 100 CS in 2 of the 3 games over him.
Even though Origen lost 0-3 to SKT, I think they could of done better except they just fell apart in game 2 and 3.
amazing was pretty horrid.

+Dias Benes This logic It's like saying also SKT can play a lot better. People see mistake when they lose, but it is the mistake seen even when you win that keeps you at the top.
all skt needed was that first game to learn a little bit about origen and then the games get shorter and more one sided. they are so good at this.
Still a good year for OG, will be fun to see them next year.
After this game i'm more confident that Fnatic CAN win. It won't be easy of course, and they have to win tomorrow, but we saw that a good team can take an advantage against SKT.

I just really hated how in the stream chat everyone was like EU trash etc. I mean come on those guys formed this team 7-8 months ago and to make it to top 4 at worlds and losing to the probably best team in the world is no reason to call them trash. I mean if they are trash as people say they wouldn't get out of groups or win quarters, hell they wouldn't even make it to worlds, so show some respect for those people. Even the teams that got smashed in group are diamond1+ players so far better than most of you flamers will ever be. I don't want to point fingers, but around 90% of the flame and insults comes from the NA fans. Most of them even started cheering for the asian teams, just so EU teams get eliminated when i am mostly sure they don't even know the players names or mains or anything about them, but since they are up against an EU team they have to win. Is it that hard for NA fans to cheer for EU teams, instead of the teams that are against EU?

Personally I wanted SKT to win but it's not because they were facing EU I've watched SKT since the start of Season 3 where Faker debuted and i would route for them against any team that isn't named TL or C9. And Easyhoon, having come down from setting the stage for Faker's entrance in game 3, promptly proceeded to win a game in solo queue while the God himself was dismantling Origen.

OG had a great early game during the first game. after that, skt decided to take them seriously and looked like they just switched into another gear. OG then proceeded to feed and throw all the way to getting clean sweeped. expected more from them honestly at least they took a tier 2.

i think origen did a pretty good job in their makro plays, but there were just too many single player mistakes (against a team like skt at least), miscommunications in their skirmishes, and that costs them the lead or the game most of the time

IMO ryze should be disabled for the rest of worlds because of how at 22:02 you can see how Faker does this combo : R W E Q W Q E Q W. All in under 3 seconds. Without a single CDR item. Considering Ryze only gets stronger from this point in the game, I think it's worth disabling him. Riot has to admit that the last "Nerf" that they gave Ryze wasn't actually a nerf at all and he can still essentially perma snare due to how his passive and ult work in conjunction with each other to reduce the CD's of all of Ryze's skills by just a little bit TOO MUCH.
+Connor Rilling Also, I know this doesn't really matter, but the same thing happened to me after I got FIRST BLOOD on the Ryze. Then we both hit level 6 and he was able to 100-0 me without any reasonable chance of counterplay. I was irelia. I had Sheen from csing well and getting the first blood. Sheen and flask. He had an entirely unstacked tear.
I was also running Flat HP seals and Flat MR glyphs. Which is the most optimal runepage versus a ryze.

he didnt do much this worlds because he was playing scaling champs. but he was the true carry in lck who won them summer and spring split easily. the first 2 games or something in worlds he played bad i admit but the rest he played godlike.
