Hi Drew! I’m a resin artist based in LA. Love your DIY videos. If you are going to put anything in resin do it in your first layer and go back and pour a second layer a couple hours later so whatever is in your piece is in the middle of your piece and not floating to the top/back of the piece. Cheers 😄

Those dominoes were GORGEOUS! I would have bought them if they were in a store, they looked so good!! Also loved the ring cone and ear stud holder. I made ring cones years ago for my jewellery business but left them as is and I loved how they turned out. But seeing yours painted definitely gave me ideas. Also, using spray paint as regular paint is GENIUS!!

If you have mica powders, you can brush them into your resin mold into all the dots and lines first before adding your resin. The mica will stick to the resin colouring in those elements for you. 😊
Maybe eye shadow could work too?
@@nadellecullis8624 I'm not sure. My friend makes resin art and only uses mica powders. I don't know if the other ingredients that would be in eye shadow would bond with the resin, etc.

I think the fox vase is adorable! I would've placed the eyes just outside where the snout starts on the white and then added lines to both sides to create the final edge of the head/snout/cheeks.
