This video popped up in my recommendations. I needed this message. I'm going to be 23 in less than 3 months and I feel like a loser. I am addicted to porn but relapse every couple of days. I relapsed for 7 days of this month so far. My addiction used to be multiple times a day and extremely hardcore up to 10+ times a day and even 20 one time. I never had a job because I haven't had the confidence to get one or even look for one and I have crippling social anxiety and a fear of rejection. I also never talked to a girl or and have no confidence to look at them or even talk to them. I am a man-child and my parents still take care of me. I haven't experienced life as a man. I am also currently in college. I am unattractive, skinny-fat and out of shape. I workout but not regularly. This habit of masturbation had caused me to stay broke, unhealthy, and depressed. I am not proud of the person that I am.
