Have both pedals. The Joyo reminds me more of the Boss OD3. Like both.

Thanks for that and your other review of the Fush (I've ordered one!). They both sound close to the original except the Donner seemed a lot brighter and probably better harmonic response. The distortion kind breaks out and gets a bit gnarly and fuzzy at high levels, which is kind of this signature sound. The toggle switch though is disappointing. I think on the original it' s supposed to be a tone filter to change the characteristics of the sound, but as you showed it seemed like it's just a volume boost. I'll just find the setting I like and leave it when I get it. I am curious how it sounds with a tube screamer before it, how well it will respond like an overdriven amp.

I liked the donner pedal. The joyo was to muddy for my liking. I'm curious about how they would sound with a clean boost or a eq pedal.
