I know what you mean about Delta Green adventures being hard for newer handlers. In my experience the Delta Green scenarios are very well detailed and have a realism to them that sometimes over complicates the scenario. I really hope the Arc Dream crew can get a deal with a Netflix or Amazon production company for a television show someday. As you mention, the scenarios have a three act structure already! The scenarios are great fodder for an episodic television show.
