Ugh. I'm feeling so frustrated just sitting here watching. I can't imagine how emotionally and physically exhausting this whole ordeal was. Thanks for taking us on the pov tour, Adam. Between this and the DAS controversy, Disney is not looking ADA friendly right now. It's scary. Thanks for the vlog. Keep em' coming!

I still have to work on my camera footage it still points down too much.lol. I think that they need to hire people who are actually in wheelchairs and disabled to get a different and better perspective. Just following the ADA rules is not going to cut it. I can understand the DAS rule change as there were people who really really abused the system. A better way would have been to have a flag on your account as this could be linked to your profile. A

Disney has become anti-disabled. I guess JetBlue now has a track record of chair issues as they broke part of my wife’s chair today. I am sorry that have done all this. Me and the wife have low expectations for our Disney cruise on the west coast in March. I fear it will take a major PR nightmare for them to fix there shit. I hope your videos motivates them to fix it. As much as I hate to say it you’re probably right it will take an injury for them to fix stuff it’s just the way big corporate companies are. I am now excited to hear what there excuse is from guest services is.

I would not say that they are anti-Disney, but I do believe they need to be much more aware and hire people who are disabled and have them walk through.

You guys are so patient with each other and wonderful to watch. Sorry Disney failed you on this trip. I believe they relied too much on local contractors and didn’t think out fully what was needed to make it fully accessible. Which is a large error on Disney’s part and I agree with you. They should’ve done better. Also, I bet the beach chairs get there before the beach wheelchairs. I’ve been considering doing an Alaska cruise with Disney next year or the year after. Let me know if you guys do one.
