The point of the talking cat is not to ask questions and just have fun (like florida lol) it's a dig at everyone overanalyzing the show
I dont think genocide or murder would be that upsetting to Rick. Dont think there is a name for the cat's crime. I think the entire episode was a test to see how much fans could stand before they dropped out.
No, even Rick has some qualms and triggers. We heard children and elderly crying. Just genocide is ok for Rick, a mass sexual crime against most innocent would definitely hit even Rick.
Rick has been turned off by the Purge before so we know he has limits but this would need to be worse than that by a couple degree's.

I'm pretty sure the cat didn't commit a crime or a horrible act, Rick would have just killed him right there. I think the cat witnessed something incomprehensibly horrible.
And it is connected to why the cat can talk. Actually, since the cat's mouth doesn't move, we can assume the "talking" is a form of telepathy.

It's definitely one of those moments where Morty's adventures (either cause it's his choice or he is doing it alone or he is a major factor to the story) are almost always the worst things possible.
Like Morty being creepy for Jessica wanting a love potion ended up with monster genocide of his whole original reality.
The fantasy adventure episode, which ended with Jelly Bean King.
Vindicators was a lot of poop and graphic murder scenes.
Morty going full on Akira ending with him hearing about Jessica's future plans.
Heist-con was a full on disaster (like the dude getting ripped apart) and Morty had lost most of his will to be creative.
Now Morty wanting a dragon was definitely the most gross episode ever.
Snakes next episodes were also something.
And there is still Vat awaiting you in the future, which is so emotions inducing.

I like that in those 15 seconds of interrogating that cat, Rick and Jerry actually cooperated. They were totally on the same page and they didn't even rehearse their approach. Jerry was actually cool until he got neuralized.
Oh, the dragon episode lol. I laughed so much when it happened, cause I know pair of reactioners who cosplay as dragons... None the less their reaction was priceless to it.

Do I have to remind you that mecha-dogs that on first opportunity cut off testicles? This cat is not even from Earth supposedly and it's talking. And hamsters literally lived in their reality in human butts. I would rather have furry mass murderer who is ashamed of his past action than all the other options.
@@mjm3091 mate those mecha-dogs wanted to remove human testicles in retaliation for having their own removed. It was revenge and revenge is good. Regarding the hamster, what goes on between two consenting animals of different species is entirely their own concern. I'm sure that love between a man and a hamster can be a beautiful thing. 🐹🥰
@@eddhardy1054 revenge is not good, it's not Hammurabi era, it's the same bad, but justification behind is different... I mean sterilisation of animals literally comes from the love to animals - to ensure that the abandoned ones aren't overbreeding, bringing even more pups to the degrading and sad reality of homeless dogs. Which wouldn't be considered wrong either.
And about hamsters - well, consenting or not, I don't want one in my butt.
Somehow managed to have both the worst A plot and worst B plot of the show in the same episode.

I always thought calling someone a s*** because they won't sleep with you is completely ass backwards, at best you can call them a prude, but really you're just making them not like you. My advice stands to better yourself for you and practice talking to people to actually get to know them instead of just trying to sleep with them, eventually you'll encounter someone you can have a healthy relationship with, or just a booty call if that's what you both are into.

A bit much for myself, but Summer as sexy-arrow-shooty-lady make it all worth it.
When I was younger, I used to get angry at the "object" of my affection. Then I learned to treat women as human beings, and grew to become a fully-developed person. Now, when my advances do get rejected, I don't get emotional about it. In fact, I would get upset at myself for failing to make a connection (was I too strong...not strong enough?). Afterwards, I dust myself off, and move on. And, if I can be friends with the woman, it means that we're friends for LIFE (ride or die kind of thing). Unfortunately, with anything else, it's hard to make friends regardless, male or female. My criteria is if someone invites me over to a gathering, that means we can be friends. Otherwise, then, we aren't friends, and we're just associates, long enough before parting ways for good.
Some rejected girls get angry too, just like some guys.
Pants are OVERRATED.
We've long since passed the point where the writers are just making punny titles for the sake of it and not really connecting them to the plot. Definitely the weakest episode of this season, and one of the weakest of the entire show, I just find the episode's sense of humour just so puerile, and the subplot with Matthew Broderick's talking cat was really underwhelming
