Champlette2 can you only change the interior of the first floor
You can change the interior of the whole garage which changes all three levels. You can have three different designs for the three different garages, but the three levels within one garage will all be the same. That's too many threes in one comment. ;)

Lombank does have some pretty awesome views, especially on a clear day. You can see right through the water to the ocean floor sometimes. The location is good too. I have the cocaine business nearby, the motorcycle club just down the beach, and my vehicle warehouse is down near the helicopter rental, so it's all very convenient.

Thanks for the insight. My favourite combination is the last interior with the wooden lamps. It's the only combination that is both classy, warm and doesn't distract from the cars (as the brownish interior and all the over-the-top-lamps do)

Why are the floor's color different on each level?
Very observant of you. I noticed that too. The walls are a slightly different color on each level of the same garage too. I think it has to do with the amount of light that comes through the windows. I think there is less light coming through the windows at the higher levels of the garage, so you see more of the effects of the electric lights up there. That's the only explanation I could come up with.
I think that is the temperature/color of the lights. The first level is daylight (blue lights), the second level is cool white (white lights) and the last is warm white (yelow lights).
Interesting deduction. You may be on to something.

Yes, that makes sense. You have to buy the garages at some point. You either add them to an office you already have, or you buy them with your first new office. Once you buy them, they do transfer if you trade your office for another one so you won't have to buy the garages again.

Arcadius seems like the choice if I ever upgrade from Maze West.
Arcadius is nice. I would choose it over the Maze Bank Tower, I think. I can't imagine ever leaving my Lombank office though. Absolutely love that place. I sit my character at her desk and just enjoy the view of the beach and the pier.
Nice video. Do you have any recommendations for the lights and interior design combo for each garage? Im planning on buying all three in the near future.
I did each of my three garages with a different design and lighting. My favorite one has the marble looking grey and white walls and the most expensive long chandelier.
A bit late, but same here, I am also a perfectionist. So since I have the old spice classical decor for my office, I feel like the 3rd decor & lighting options (the ones with lots of wood) fits best, no need to always go the most expensive option + I found the marble walls to be..... a bit too posh to my taste xD

I hate the overall lighting in the executive garages. My vehicles all look so much better in the cheaper 10-car garages.
There is definitely merit to what you're saying. I miss the bright lighting of the regular 10-car garages. Too bad brighter lighting isn't one of the design options. :(
Can you invite people directly to your office garage or do you have to invite to office and then they have to come to garage on their own?
I couldn't remember, so I had to go check. If you are in your executive office garage, you can invite a friend directly to the office garage level that you are in. I believe they automatically follow you if you move from Garage 1 to Garage 2, for example.

I HAD 3.5M TRYING TO GET A HYDRA BUT THEN B11 WAS 1.14M SO I GOT THIS THEN I BOUGHT A FULL OFFICE GARAGE ALL FLOORS FOR LIKE 1.2M THEN I SOLD MY OPRESSOR MK2 FOR 2M THEN BOUGHT IT BACK FOR 1.4M THEN I HAVE NOW 1.3M LEFT TO BUY A AIRCRAFT CUSTIMIZATION IN MY HANGAR THEN I HAD 200K LEFT TO UPGRADE B11 WITH it was on sale
Don't forget, there's a huge DLC coming in less than 3 weeks, so build up that bank account again as soon as you can!
Well I wanted to finally move from Lombank to the Tower but thankfully after seeing this I realised the garage entrance kinda sucks (was hoping it was the more underground one on the south side). The Arcadius one is really cool though so I went with that instead, and besides the view out the window (Lombank wins hands down) it is the nicest. Thanks for the useful video 7 years later and saving me a couple mil 😅
Thanks for watching! Yes, the Lombank view is impossible to beat and the helipad is perfect with the door so convenient. I also moved to Arcadius a couple of years ago. It's such a great central location. Plus after staying at the real life Westin Bonaventure hotel and having a room with the same view that you get from Arcadius office, I just had to move there!! Did you see my real life tour video yet? It's pretty cool to see the real building Arcadius comes from.

Hmmm... not quite sure what you mean. The garage level signs are on the walls all over this video. What level signs are you referring to?

AH! I understand. You mean I didn't show the different fonts for the level signs and what they look like on the walls. Sorry, took me a minute to catch up. I didn't show that part because I felt like they did a really good job of demonstrating that when you're going through the font options for the garage. They showed them on the walls of the garage in the selection process and I thought that was enough. I already spent about $30 million in GTA dollars making these videos, and that would have been quite a bit more to show all of those font options on all of the different wall designs.

How much is the maze bank executive office and can I buy it on the online mode? I will be buying GTA 5 for the first time ever. So I am very very new to this. I had played an old GTA before but nothing like this.
Oh wow, you're in for a treat! Be prepared to spend countless hours playing this. I've been at it for nearly 8 years now and I still spend countless hours at it!
I have a video playlist that will tour you through each of the Executive Offices and show you the views from the windows (see link below). Sorry I don't remember the prices offhand, but they're in these videos. I'd highly recommend you take a hard look at Arcadius and Lombank before you buy Maze Bank. They have better access and better views and they're both a little less money. As a new player, you'll need to earn some money before you can buy these, but they give you the Maze Bank West Executive Office for free with the Criminal Enterprises starter pack.

hey champlette do you know if it is possible to put the insurgent into the office garage
I believe you can put the Insurgent (without a gun) in the office garages. It fits in a regular garage, so it would certainly fit in the executive office garages too. The Insurgent with the gun on top is always a Pegasus vehicle that you can't store in any of your own properties, at least at this point. Who knows if the gun running DLC will change that. Here's hoping!

lol i only want to buy the offices so i can live in them, im not really a big fan of the stilt houses nor the new penthouses. does anyone know how i can keep the office clean bcuz i dont want drugs and cash floating around as i want it for my living spaces
I think you can keep the drugs and product out of your office if you don't sell any special cargo, but you'll still have cash all over the floor if you make any money doing anything.

Sadly changing the interior does not clean up the money off the floor. No matter how you make money, the cash will start to accumulate on the floor of your executive office.
If I buy the Custom Auto Shop can I customize car FREE !?!??
So sorry, but no. You can modify your own cars in this auto shop, but it costs the same as the one at LSC. The same is true for the custom auto shop inside the Auto Shop business.
Did I understand correctly, each floor can hold 20 cars but only 6 or 7 are visible?
Well, not exactly. Each garage holds 20 cars but there are stairs in each garage and they have 3 levels. The lowest level has 6 cars and the 2nd and 3rd levels hold 7 cars each. You can see all 20 cars, but only 6 or 7 at a time. You have to walk up and down the stairs to see them all.
How can I buy this garage ???? I have the Arcadius business center but not the garage
You're not alone, many players have trouble with this issue. Go to the Dynasty 8 Executive site. Click on your office on the map. You should see a pop-out that looks like a bookshelf. That's where you buy the garages. You can buy 1, 2, or 3 of them, but they only come in one order, so you can't buy the 1st one and the 3rd one, for example.

Quick question, do all your purchases like accommodation, gunlocker and such transfer over if you were to buy a new CEO office?
I'm saying this from memory and I recorded this stuff a long time ago, but I'm pretty sure the accommodations, gun lockers, and safes do transfer when you trade one office in for another.

Btw, I shouldn't be shocked by GTA prices anymore, but after grinding my way to $3.7 million, and waiting for CEO offices to go on sale (40% off), I was shocked to see that I could only afford Lombank West + 1 garage level. I'll need a couple more million to finish the garage and workshop. Crazy.
Thanks so much! Yeah, every business and property in GTA is outrageously expensive, and vehicles too. When I first started playing, the only way to make any money was to do Contact Missions and the original heists, or steal and sell cars off the street. At least now there's the Cayo Perico heist and other good paying stuff you can do solo to make lots of money. That helps a little.

so whats the point of 3 lighting options if it affects all levels? what happens if you choose a diff lighting option for each level?
The lighting design options are for each garage, not each level. Each garage has three levels and the light that you can change hangs from the ceiling of the highest level (level C) down to just above your head in Level A. There are 9 different lighting design options. Honestly, you don't notice that one light very much. The lighting over the cars in each of the garage levels is the same and you can't change that.
You can choose only one lighting option for a whole garage and it applies to all three levels. There are 3 garages available in each executive office, so you can choose different lighting for each garage, however all three levels within each garage will only have the same lighting option.

Are you referring to the one at the beginning that has the flames on the doors? That's the Franken Stange. It was a Halloween vehicle from a few years ago.

I dont like that the first floor is always with a glossy material and then second and third floors are mate material, they should add the option to change the floor of thoose 2 floors too. I mean its 1M+ for a garage

Yes of course floor changed when i changed the look of all garage, but i mean in the main floor of the garage where there are some sofas i have wooden floor with a glossy finish but when i go upstairs floor its a mat brownish material instead of the same wood gloosy. My english its pretty bad btw sorry.

Indeed it is! If you have a car with very little engine power, it can be next to impossible to get it out of that driveway. I drove a stock Peyote down the driveway once and found out my garage was full, so there I was stuck at the bottom of the driveway facing down, and I couldn't back it up the driveway. I think I eventually just blew it up to get rid of it!!

How do u get millions of money
Mostly through Import/Export. If you collect all of the collectible cars and then only sell the set with the T20, Osiris, and X80 Proto, then you'll only source top range cars and you can make anywhere from 240,000 to 275,000 (minus damage) per hour. I've earned nearly 100M so far just from doing a lot of Import/Export.
rockstar always puts the ugliest option as the most expensive, they probably do it on purpose for tasteless people

It is honestly disgusting that Rockstar locks something as simple as a big fancy room with cars in it behind a (With a discount active!) $5,787,500 paywall. People paid good money for this game, and while I understand that they want to keep adding incentives to return and make more money I cannot understand how they can add such expensive things and not feel guilty about the children and compulsive spenders they are conning.
That's a very fair point. I try to focus on all of the new content they keep giving us for free. A lot of games would require us to buy expensive downloads. There are legitimate ways in the game to make enough money to purchase items like these, so at least we have that option and we don't have to buy shark cards to pay for them.
I know, a week or two ago my friends got the game so I started playing it again after a while. In the week I have bought a bunker, a M.O.C, a Mk.2 weapon, and a couple of odds and ends here and there. Although it does feel rewarding when you have saved up the money and finally get to spawn in a humongous truck and rampage through a server, but the journey there feels so tedious at times. If I had the money I would happily buy shark cards, because although I despise the practice of microtransactions I know that my purchases wouldn't affect anything. Rockstar will undoubtedly cram microtransactions into games due to the amount of money people have spent on shark cards for the overpriced shite we get added to GTA:Online.
Oh, and thanks for that lightning fast reply. I did not expect such a fast reply from a video over a year old. I just came to find out how to purchase a garage, and vented my frustration without expecting much of a response.

What happens if you change ceo offices
You keep the garages you bought, and you'll keep the living quarters if you bought them too. I can't remember for sure if you keep your office design, or if you have to buy that again. I think you have to buy it, but I might be wrong. If you have cash and merchandise all around your office from selling special cargo crates, that stuff will stay too when you move.

This is from six years ago, but great video! It annoys me so much that the lighting is different on all three levels. I thought maybe changing the lights would do that (why I watched this video), but nope, there's nothing I can do differently. Oh well.

Are you asking about the executive garage? To add one to your office, go to Dynasty Executive and click on your office on the map and it will have a pop-out option to buy the garage.

Problems with the garages . Lighting. It goes from white to then cream light . Whyy?? And the floor on the first level should be the same on each level and it would look miles better
Hmmm.... I can't say I've actually noticed the white to cream lighting thing that you mentioned. Maybe it just has to do with ambient sunlight coming through the windows?

I'm not sure, but all of the executive office garages are poorly lit. They're all pretty dark. It's a shame because they're beautiful garages, but the cars don't show as well because it's pretty dark in there.
