Exactly. I have enough 10 car garages. With only 10 spots available I still have to pick and choose which cars “make the cut” in a given category. Office garages give extra spaces, but you’re going up and down stairs to look at everything. I would have even been happy with two floors of twenty cars each. Get more like a legit warehouse feel. Yeah, great that we can own 50 more cars now and they’re all in one spot, but display wise it’s just more of the same
It would've been cool if you could choose whether you wanted a lounge or a customs shop in the back of your garage, not to mention the ability to name your garages. I'm glad to see the prices on this being fair for once, but R* definitely could've done more with these garages as with a lot of things in this game.
I mean the garage is literally a reskin of any 10 car in my opinion they could've just copied the CEO Garage shop and at least there would've been a shop but no :/ The only advantage is the price over the CEO garages

This seems like such a missed opportunity. £2.7 million for old garages with slight modifications, no workshop, no living quarters, no view and not even a business laptop. As soon as these are filled up, no-one will ever visit it again.
I was fully expecting a full open plan 50 car garage all on one level like a actual car showroom. Considering that this look almost identical to the OG garages I don't see the point in getting this other than needing additional space

2.7 million for a garage is a way to much since you can't even upgrade your cars in it. Plus the office can hold 60 at half the price and you get to upgrade cars in it.

Another disappointment, 5x10 car garage. We probably never get the real 50 car garage, Rockstar really should consider making it happen. Dock area is full of warehouses where you can fit 50 cars easy.
I dont know if any one know this about the new 50 car garage when u buy it and go inside and open u interaction menu u can change the color of the accent and style from there it works pretty much the same as the ceo office garage
I do love this garage, but yeah I agree they could've done a little bit better, I don't mind them reusing the 10 car garage and changing it up, I just wish it had some more styles, and maybe a bedroom as well as optional shop, so far I think I'm just moving as many US cars as I can to this so I can clear out some garages lol
I was about to write off this game if they didn’t allow us to customize each floor. But I am super hyped about this garage, looks amazing. Would have liked more than 10 cars in 1 room, but Ive always wanted more black garages other than the auto shop, so im not complaining, looks sick.
I didn't even want a custom auto shop for this new garage just a way to organize all your fleet of cars instead of driving back and forth. One of those back rooms could've been a office with a computer that let's us do that, also I would've liked a better flow from each garage floor (ie stairs in the CEO Office/Agency garages) instead of a cutsence for each. But I guess it is what it is! 🤷♂️
imo i still think the agency has the best layout, all cars are accessible - quick and easy, separated by stairs, you can see all your cars - no load times etc
Damn, wish it was a little more different than all the other garages and they added a feature to put up decorations like posters or racks with tires, parts, ect it would only be good for them cuz they could charge gta $ for that and lots of people buy cards anyway
Dude I’ve been wanting a 5-story garage in general. It has been my dream to have a floor of Corvettes, a floor for each region where cars are mainly produced (Asia, EU, US) and a secret hypercar floor that only I have access to. I giggled like a little kid when I bought this garage!

To chance your garage look and color. Pull up your interaction menu, go to your eclipse Blvd garage,go to customize floor than y’all will see how to chance everything 👍🏻
Would have been better if it was like the ceo vehicle buy and sell garage. Where you could see all your cars at once in a large room with lifts, (if for loading ) Car covers, garage workshop & chill space for you to sit back and look at you collection... but no we just got another scam by R* .
One question I have. Since I have a max of 10 apartments/garages, when buying this 50-car garage, will it require me to replace one of the apartments I already have or is it separate from 10 spots of apartments/garages?
If you have the GTA+ membership, the custom garage is free for both your characters, and so are the floor style changes. I'm not sure how long this will last though.
They should have just give us the Option to add several floors to the Auto Shop. Best Garage with several layers of cars. Well, most cars beyond the 10th are garage Queens anyway

Not to mention if you choose the car shop there like I did its not really needed... but again I'm lazy and I want the standard, weapons and Benny mechanics there.

Noticed that the elevator accurately displays the floor level, not usually what they do from what I recall.
I was hoping it would be 1 big room with 50 car slots. This really isn't much different from the Nightclub property. Still cool though.

When you buy one color, then try to change it to other color, and go back again, you still need to re-buy it again right?
