That's what I thought it was at first. They could totally do it too.. There's already underwater life in the single player. Also, nothing emphasizes richness (moreso than a photo of cash on the ground), than an underfloor aquarium with actual sea life.

Wow i didnt know that there was a map view of the city style!
The Shark one is also really well thought out. All of the hoists are grounded to rocks underneath them & the car sits right on top of the large rock island in the middle as it's getting worked on. So everything that's not aquatic is grounded on islands. Also there is a Sting Ray in one of the corners that wasn't shown.

Thank you so much! Yes, it does take quite a bit of planning. I try to figure out how to present the property in a way that really gives you a good look at it. Then when I show each property, I try to go through them in the same order so you can have a good comparison between them. I script out everything I want to say about the properties so I don't forget to tell you something important. It does take quite a bit of time, but it's so worth it when I get nice comments like yours that tell me the videos were helpful. Thanks for watching!

Thabks for helping me decide on what flooring to buy. I was really hoping for the fish but it turns out it just doesnt look as good as I thought. The water was my second choice but it also didn't go well for me. In the end the checker board is just too clean and simple to look bad and thus you saved me like 150k or something.

I enjoy the floors but I'm personally disappointed in Rockstar that none of the unique floors are actually 3D, I would've loved seeing a shark swimming underneath me as I'm working on a car

I had the alien/monsters for a while, and the money one, but I switched to the solid grey color. I found that the reflections from the floors with a lot of colors in them altered how the paint on my car looked. I would paint my car and then take it outside and realized the color looked different than it had inside the office custom shop. When I switched to the grey, it's definitely better. It's not as good as the concrete floor in the LSC shop, but it's the best I could find to prevent too much color reflection.

Being out since import export which was 2016
Dan the Man is right, this was released in late 2016. If you have an XBox 360 or a PS3, those platforms unfortunately did not get this DLC.

It's a little tricky. Go to the Dynasty 8 web page on your phone. Click on Dynasty 8 Executive and "enter site". Then click on your Executive Office building on the map and you should see a little pop-out garage icon. When you click on that, you'll see the Renovate button.

No, it's no cheaper at all. The only point in having this custom shop in your executive office building is that you can get there from your garage in just one click. It saves time, and you don't have to pay for repairs to your vehicles if you damaged them on the drive from your garage to the customs shop. That's it.

Ya know that looks pretty cool, but I learned the hard way that the cash on the floor makes your paint color look a little different inside that shop than it does when you drive it outside. I went with the black and white floor to prevent that.

@@smigglesmiggles614 Oh yes, they all do, even the solid gray one. It's not a huge change, but it's enough to notice a difference between how the paint looked in the shop and how it looks outside. That's why I kept the black and white one because there's no color to influence the look of the paint.

I have a question. I purchased the paint splatter floor first for my auto shop and the parts for my car I modified were cheaper than usual. I was modifying a T20 and the race brakes was like 7000 and the turbo tuning was like 30,000. (Which normally should be like 35,000 and 50,000 for those car parts). Afterwards, I got tired of the splatter floor and changed it to the stock grey floor. When I modified vehicles again, it was back to normal prices. So my question is: does the floor you choose affect the modification prices for the car?
Ethan Richie No, the design of the customs shop does not have an effect on pricing of mods. There was a sale recently on some mods so it may have just been a coincidence that it went back to normal pricing right after you changed your floor design.

Sorry about that... the auto shop windows are coated/tinted so the view is distorted and it's hard to see out of them. That's why I didn't show it. I hope you'll come back again!

By the way, do you have any idea if I can trade in my Maze Bank Tower CEO Office to the Maze Bank West office? Will I get some money back or will it add another office to my office list?
StewThePrestige You can only own one office so you will potentially get money back. I think they value the offices at about half or so of the sale price, so you'll either get or have to pay the difference.
Champlette2 So if my office was 4 mil with the Safe, and I got the Maze Bank West without any additional features, then I would potentially get 1 mil in return?
StewThePrestige I went back through all of my saved video clips to see if I could get you some accurate numbers, but unfortunately I didn't save one with the trade-in values in it. I think you're close to the right number. However, I'm almost positive that you can start to make the purchase and you can get all the way through to the screen where they show you the trade-in amount and you can still back out at that point if you're not happy with it.

That one is very cool. Just bear in mind, sometimes the more colored floor designs can impact how you see the paint colors on your cars. For example, a car might look like it has a lot more green in it while you're in the customs shop because the floor color has more green in it. When you get outside, it will look different. I had the one with the underwater look for a while, but I eventually went back to the default grey so my paint colors looked right.

I bought the building without this cuz i couldnt afford it, and they wouldnt let me buy them now!! Wtd! So i had to rebuy everything, and couldnt afford the custom workshop! Is tgete anyway i can still buy it or change my garages?
Sure, you go to the Maze Bank website (not foreclosures) and click on the Executive Office that you own, and you should see a renovate option there. You can add the workshop or garages from there.

I got a few of my questions answered by reading your replies to the comments But just to be clear: do I need to buy the garages or the auto shop to do the CEO import/export missions or are they totally separate from each other?
No, the garages and auto shop in the Executive Office are for your personal vehicles. To do Import/Export, you need to own a vehicle warehouse. I have videos on the locations of those too. :)

How do you get the other shop looking garages?
I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking about the new executive office garages? They're the ones that hold 20 cars each and they have 3 different levels in them. They look like a cool indoor car showroom, sort of. Is that what you're asking about? If so, I have videos on my channel about the executive office garages.

Ok, now I get it. You either have to own an Executive Office that you can renovate and add garages to it, or you can buy the Executive Office and buy the garages then too. Go to the Dynasty 8 Executive site, not the regular Dynasty 8. Click on the icon on the map for the Executive Office that you own, or the one you want to buy (I have videos on these too, and videos that show you the views from the garages at each office) and you'll see a little pop-out icon for the garages next to the office icon. That's where you buy and/or renovate the Executive Office garages. I cover all of this on my videos about the Executive Office garages.

Obb Dolb You still have to go to Benny's to upgrade Benny's vehicles but otherwise,all the modifications can be installed here
Yes "Noname" is correct. You still have to take "Benny's-eligible" cars to Benny's, but this new customs shop can do everything that a regular customs shop can do.

chuck alane You're right, it is tricky. Climb into one of your cars that's in one of the new garages in your executive office building. As soon as you get in, you'll see a message at the top of the screen that says something like "Use > to modify this vehicle" where ">" is the right arrow key. That takes you into the custom auto shop in your building.

So its only image project on the floor, i though there will be actual shark swimming around, thanks for trying out all the option.
Yeah, just an image. It's also important to know that the image you choose on the floor can slightly change how you see your paint colors on your car. The reflection from the floor onto the car makes the color of your paint look a little different. I finally just changed to the plain gray floor because of that, but even that is a little bit misleading.

What do you think is better having an office custom auto shop or arena workshop with all mechanics? I have the arena workshop with all mechanics but is it worth it to buy one in my office garage?
Honestly, it would only be if it was a matter of convenience for you. If you like spending a lot of time in your office or near your office, and if you have a lot of your favorite cars stored in your office garages, having a customs shop there might be handy. Otherwise, it's just redundant if you have the shop at the arena already.

Are there any discounts with the custom auto shop
Sometimes Rockstar will put the Custom Auto Shop on sale to buy it or modify the design. If you're asking about the discounts on car modifications, the same discounts that get applied sometimes in the LS Customs Shops also apply in the auto shop in your executive office. The only difference is that you can't sell cars in this one. You can only sell cars in the LS customs shops.

Absolutely! When you enter a car in your executive garage, just hit the right d-pad (arrow) button and you'll enter the custom auto shop.

Yes, the floors really do impact the paint colors on your car. I've found the black and white ones are the least distracting. The other ones tend to change the look of your paint colors just enough that you really can see a difference when you take them outside or park them in another garage. I believe I settled on the checkered floor because it was the most "neutral" on the paint.

Do u get some customizations for free when u buy the custom auto shop?
No you don't. The modifications you make in your own customs shop cost the same as they would in any LSC. The only benefit is that you don't have to drive your car to a customs shop, you can enter right from your garage with a click of a button.
Champlette2 i watched one video he went under a "high end" section while customizing his car and everything was free
Oh, that's from the Vehicle Cargo Warehouse. As a CEO, you "import" (aka steal) cars and take them to your Vehicle Cargo Warehouse. Then you modify them, but it's not really free. A top-range car is worth 100,000 when you sell it but they deduct 20,000 for the modifications to change the car for the sale. You pay the flat 20,000 fee and you can make all of the modifications you want.

I have no way of finding out now because I already own it, but I believe you can see how much it is before you actually buy it so you can decide if you want it.
One important detail about the auto shop, in case I didn't mention it in the video.... you can't sell cars at this customs shop. If you want to sell something you've bought previously, you have to take it to a regular LSC shop.

Bear in mind, the colorful ones do have a slight impact when you're looking at the paint colors on your car. The floors reflect a little color onto the paint and make it look slightly different than if the floor was a solid color. Just something to think about, if that issue is important to you. Well that's exactly what I was going for, so thank you!! I just want to provide useful information to help people spend their GTA money as wisely as they can.
Indeed. It's so necessary now to research everything, too, since the purchases are so expensive and so on. I use source code for a lot of options (it's really useful for deciding what and how to upgrade the new weapons/bombs) but if you're looking to see what a certain visual item LOOKS like, you usually end up having to sit through half an hour of some kid's mediocre footage, some loud ass bad dubstep, and droning on about subs before they show the content you're looking for. That, and a lot of videos are titled to be clickbait. Nah, we'll title something around the new content, and then spend ten minutes showing deathmatch footage and end with a poll on "what do you guys think" of the new stuff. Ha! Good job.

It's odd. I really had to start peeling back the layers of GTA, getting into customization, etc before I found your channel. On the other hand, it's easy to find clickbait videos with no content or substance. Go figure.

I was looking for information and couldn't find it and had to figure things out on my own, so I thought I'd share what I learned. It started with the apartments. The Vigilante can only be modified in the MOC or in the Avenger. I think the same is true of the Scramjet, because both of these vehicles have weapons.

It stupid to buy a custom shop in you office n you still have to pay for custom your car. You already pay millions for it. It should be free to custom your car in your own office building n bike club. That’s how they gets you
True. The only advantage to having one in your building is that you don't have to drive your car out to the customs shop, so you can change multiple cars quickly and save the driving time. That's really about it. Not hardly worth the expense to buy it.
Still you shouldn’t have pay for any custom work if in your building rockstar need to changes that. They already make over billions off dollars off this game alone

They could at least make it a reward, where if you did something like completing all of the races (or something similar), you'd get the modifications in your executive office customs shop for free. Kinda' like how you can call Lester to remove your wanted level for free after you've hosted the complete Doomsday Heist. That would give a much greater incentive for buying the customs shop in the office garage.

I just bought the auto shop. Didn't watch this first so I was somewhat startled by the sight of an anorexic substitute teacher standing where I expected my mechanic to be. This woman is modifying my cars? With her iPad? Also, is it possible to put a kitchenette on this floor so she can eat something?

I can't decide which floor to go with. Using the default for the moment. I was initially going to pick the maze design until it occurred to me that I'm at Lombank and a maze design on the floor of a non-Maze office would trigger my OCD and I'd have to either switch floors or move offices. So, I dunno which one to get now.
The color of the floors has a huge impact on the paint colors you choose. I decided to go with a simple floor to try to minimize the reflection on to the paint on the car. The default grey floor still makes the paint look slightly different. The best floor for keeping the paint colors "true" is probably the black and white checkered floor, although I don't really like looking at that one.
Yeah, the checkered isn't pretty to look at it. On the other hand, it's not like I'm going to be hanging around my auto shop for long periods of time (the vegan woman with no hips isn't exactly a draw). So, maybe I'll just go with it for practicality's sake.

Sorry, it probably sounds that way because I make notes about everything I need to cover in these videos and I'm reading from my script. I also think I might sound a little monotone in comparison to the other TH-camrs who yell and play loud music on their videos.

Oh yes, I still remember when they came out. Before that, all we had were some contact missions and the original 5 heists. We used to steal cars off the street and sell them at LSC once every game day (48 minutes) to make money because there were no businesses back then. My crew and I used to do the Pacific Standard heist every night because there was nothing much else to do in GTA online then, before the CEO office and then Special Cargo, then Vehicle Cargo were released.
