Brown suede jackets, handbags, boots and shoes are my staples every year, so elegant and chic, classier than leather imo. The shade of brown is all-important, I don't like caramels (yellow tone), rusty (red tones) or very dark, dull coffee-bean browns. Yes to taupe, neutral mid-browns and warm chocolate browns, as well as lighter shades (sand, camel). Choosing the right shade of brown is extremely important when pairing with another colour, e.g. red or black. I like mixing browns and denim and browns with medium grey.
absolutely love your approach to brown! Suede jackets, boots, and accessories truly add a timeless and chic touch, and I agree that the right shade of brown makes all the difference. Neutral and chocolate browns are so elegant and easy to pair, especially with denim or grey. Your tip on avoiding certain shades like caramels and rusty tones is spot-on for keeping a polished look! 👀❤️☺️🥰
I’m so glad you liked the brown and red combo! It’s true, that bright and dark contrast makes the two colors really pop. Red can be a tricky color to wear though, so I’m thinking of making a separate video to explore how to style it effortlessly. Would you be interested in? 🤗🥰
I love brown! I look better in it than black. I would like to add a brown suede bag to my fall wardrobe. Your selections of bags are always inspiring! Thanks, as always!
Brown is such a versatile and timeless color! A brown suede bag sounds like a perfect addition for fall-it can elevate any outfit effortlessly. I'm so glad you find the bag selections inspiring. Thanks for watching! xoxo
I have to admit that I love brown!! it suits perfectly with my skin tone so happy that this color is so trendy right now :) I have a chocolate brown bag, a coat and a turtleneck . I like teaming these pieces with dark denim and black :)
That sounds amazing! Chocolate brown is such a versatile color, and it pairs beautifully with dark denim and black. Your turtleneck and coat combo must look effortlessly chic. It's great to hear brown complements your skin tone so well-definitely a perfect choice for the season! 😊
Thank you for your great video. Yes, a surprise to me too…a straw bag. It looked beautiful pared with brown. Great idea 💡 Any garment in brown is beautiful and not as harsh than black for a change. Though, black is always my go to but I will make brown color in my warehouse a bit more domineering this autumn winter. Love brown with blue and red ❣️👏💐
Thank you so much! I'm glad you loved the idea of pairing a straw bag with brown-it definitely adds a unique texture. Brown is such a warm and versatile alternative to black. I'm sure it will become a favorite in your wardrobe! 😊 Let me know how you incorporate it!
Marks and Spencer's in the UK have just launched 2 suede bags in brown that are more reasonably priced than many other brands, I've just bought the crossbody bag for just £49 and their quality is usually very good, they have a good reputation. I'm on the lookout for a cropped chocolate brown sweater/jumper or cardigan that's made of wool and doesn't break the bank. I bought a cheap one last year and the pilling is horrendous, it looked cheap after the first wear or two.
Marks & Spencer really do have some hidden gems, don’t they? That crossbody sounds like a great find! I will definitely use them in my next vids, I did like them!!! I hope you find the perfect chocolate brown sweater that ticks all the boxes for both quality and price. I know how disappointing it can be when a piece doesn’t last, so fingers crossed for a great, long-lasting addition to your wardrobe this season! 🤞🤗❤️
Great point! While straw bags are often associated with summer, I find they can work beautifully in early fall when paired with warmer tones and heavier textures. Using them from September to October with outfits that balance lighter accessories with cozy fabrics can still look chic. However, for late fall, transitioning to leather or structured bags might make more sense to embrace the season’s deeper hues and richer materials. 👌🧐🙋♀️
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I completely understand your frustration with some TH-camrs claiming what’s “in” or “out” of fashion. Honestly, I find it a bit discouraging when creators make such absolute statements. Fashion is deeply personal, and what looks good on one person might not suit another. That’s the beauty of it! In my opinion, it’s more important to focus on what makes you feel fabulous, regardless of whether it’s “trendy” at the moment. If you love walking shorts and feel confident wearing them, that’s what truly matters! Trends come and go, but style is about how you carry yourself and how comfortable you feel in your clothes. If you’re ever concerned about looking current, you can always mix in a few trendy accessories or pieces to refresh your outfit while staying true to what you love. But remember, fashion should serve you, not the other way around! Thanks again for your comment-I love hearing your thoughts on this! 🥰❤️

I wouldn’t have thought of wearing brown and red together but it looks great. I’m definitely going to try it.

I was watching another TH-cam collaborator and she said walking shorts are out. They make you look old. I love walking shorts.
