I found some info -- the band had visa trouble in Canada (what else is new?) and Tezz and Rainy weren't allowed into the States. And the band as a whole is now permanently banned from Canada. Karl from the Exploited/Billyclub is filling in on bass for the rest of the tour.

Rat was the worst thing that ever happened to Discharge mate, aside from Cal turning discharge into a glam metal band. If you ask me they wasted 10 years of their career with him as singer. Hes goood with his own band but not right for Discharge imo
