    You are doing great work. I just lost a patch due to alopecia aerata few weeks before. It is depressing. I found your channel and it is really helping me staying positive inside and patient as well. A long journey full of positivity, patience, consistency, confidence is ahead me. I am taking medications, biotin supplement, zinc supplements, minoxidil, doing yoga, trying to reduce stress and stay happy. I was always on a clean diet and I have added vegetable seeds sprouts to my diet. Your work and words are really helping me and a lot of people going through same thing. Thanks a lot to you ❤

    Do you recommend massaging the scalp? Anything you recommend..battery operated, or a (non battery) massage brush etc? Thanks!!

      Massaging the scalp is great for blood circulation which helps deliver more nutrients to your follicles. You can use your fingers or a scalp brush works great as well.
