Very nice twist on the standard brainwave. I like the selection process of having them move their finger back-and-forth across the cards. It adds some gravitas and avoids the "pick a card" syndrome. Early in my career as a professional performer, after asking the host to "pick a card," he actually said, "I've seen that one," and walked away. I learned real quick.
Hey! Could you do a tutorial on pen spinning like the ones you did a couple years back? I would really like the double charge as I thought your teaching was a lot better than others!
I’ll have to do the one with 2 decks, I have black and red bicycle decks from a pack of 4. I can’t believe the difference when swapping to a fresh deck. This was a great effect too, I must try it.
You just convinced me to change from the traditional 8 card brainwave - to this. I also added two more to make 10 cards. Such a strong packet effect. Thank you!
Really love this Trick mr52 cards thank you for sharing I will definitely try this one out LOL take care of yourself my friend and I will chat with you on your next video thumbs up my friend Billy Simmons
I really wished you still sold the raspberry and black mints , even better if updated v2 style. I really like those colors more than the currently available ones
Brother, congratulations. Please upload videos on mental magic like mind reading ,prediction, telepathy and psychic effect. God bless you all. Thank you.
Hello 52 cards greatly appreciated your effects in this case I like the 1st version more because the cards are of different colors making the number more appealing. I ask if it is possible to present some effects with double cards with red or blue back, thank you very much!
Is there a possibility that while cutting the cards, you end up having 2 of the same card next to each other instead of keeping them alternating? If so, is there anyway to correct the order again without making it too obvous?
Isn't showing the faces / backs of the cards to be the same the way you did it technically a flushtration count? You called it out as some other type of subtlety.
@@beatleseternally1170 OK, so that's the subtlety. In my performance notes this is exactly how I always handled the Flushtration count in one of my tricks so I thought this was the default handling though now I realize that in that one you are just moving the packet and passively stripping single cards into the other hand. I do know the Rhumba Count though I don't think it's superior in all situations. It might conceal the fact what exactly is going on from the spectator better however it never flows as smoothly in my experience and even in videos I watched so the spectators know that the magician is at least doing something strange / a move to the cards. For the Flushtration count subtlety or not you either get the whole move or you don't even pay any attention to it as a spectator.
I always thought the same for sloppy triumph, I didn't do that trick to no one for a long time because it looked so obvious. Well, I was so wrong, It came out to be one of the best tricks that I did, I had success with everyone that I showed the trick.

Ah! A great idea using a principle I don’t see often. (The trick reminds me of Lennart Green’s deck of random cards.) Thank you so much!

I love both variations!! Thank you!
That is so so good . Love it . Deceiving indeed
Love this! Thank you for sharing!
I’m not sure why , but when you perform it just looks magical !
Maybe I critique myself too hard, I’m sure I’m not along on thinking this way.
Very cool version of the Brainwave Card Trick!
BTW, that intro at the start looks Amazing!
Terrific. I like the second version (this newest one) best. Thank you so much!
Vry beautiful idea👍🏻
I have seen this trick on a DVD by Michael Amar 🥰 Love from Paris France 🇫🇷💙🤍❤️
Great variation!

Nice to have another great tutorial!
Simple & very good trick... TQ
I loved this trick. And it fooled me 😁🙏🏻❤️
I really wished you still sold the raspberry and black mints , even better if updated v2 style.

Great videos. What close up mat do you use/recommend?
This is a good trick but what happens when the person at start touches the card on its back that was a 7 and not a king ?
But how to clean up afterwards?
I like your videos, but this one I don't think will work with a lot of people. I was able to realize it immediately.
Don’t forget that you are looking at it from a magician’s perspective. Most people don’t do that.
Cool wayvto do this effect 😊👍😊👍
Brother, congratulations. Please upload videos on mental magic like mind reading ,prediction, telepathy and psychic effect. God bless you all. Thank you.
What you call a "variation" is the original 8 Card Brainwave, by Nick Trost. He is the granddaddy of packet tricks. 😎
Damn this video looks good
4:58 How can I spell it?
"All-round subtlety"??
Olram subtlety
@@reallylusion Thank you!
연출자가 패닝을 한 상태로 관객에게 카드를 하나 생각하라고 할 때 포스를 사용할 수 있습니까?
Whats ur intro/background music? Amazing trick!

Any plans for giveaways???
such a classic.
In your second tutorial I was thinking, Damn, the color blind are going to have a hard time following this one

As long as you do single complete cuts, you won't disrupt the alternating order of the cards
@@52kards Totally makes sense now. I must have not been fully awake earlier, lol. Thanks for the great tutorials and amazing content :)
Hey man, where do you get your rings?
I finally decided to get double crossed. Thanks for the sale, Asad!
*edit* Oh, and for the free mint deck as well :D
It was obvious at 2:25
This man tought me penspining 9 years ago
Great trick! But what happens if the spectator doesn't fall for the illusion when putting down the cards and they call that out?
Great trick! Thank you!
What do you say if the spectator wants to check the cards?
You do your best Looney Tunes impression of "That's all, folks" and you skeedaddle outta there lol.
Buying this packet trick would probably be way cheaper than creating the whole thing from scratch
One would need to buy a rainbow deck

Wait....is this really my pen buddy?
Can you make pen tutorial
RIP 8 decks of cards
Can you please help me. I want to work for you. Please give me a chance

Not the best but it's OK. It looks a bit too obvious showing the bottom card every time. I picked up on it straight away.
Man international shipping sucks so much
is only cards
IMHO it's too obvious that the same card on the bottom of the deck is being shown over and over but I bet it tricks a lot of people.
